In C&D test Hyundai Geneis pull only 0.83g on 18inch ( 33inch psi)and was noiser than ZDX ( 32psi) at 70mph cruise.
I dont see any point of buying such large boat if it is out handled by SUV coupe & is noisier. with practically no difference in fuel economy. so rather go with AWD vehicle with its ability in tight corners.

Given my overall respect for Honda, I buried my feelings and tried to give the ZDX a fair assessment.

Acura’s new “crossover utility vehicle with the design of a personal sports coupe” turns out to be a heckuva vehicle. Once you get used to it, anyway.

But it's like a car wreck or some trouble maker on reality TV - you can't help yourself watching the mess.

Less than a year ago, I think. Now it looks like he'll find any opportunity to bash Hyundai, regardless of what make it's being compared to.

Actually, sorta-- VW/Audi Group was taking over the world with quality automobiles people like and highest profits while Honda/Acura was stagnating with lousy cars, declining profits and losing market share, ...

"Ignore" will spare you from reading many unsupported silly assertions and arguments which are usually contradicted by existing facts and numbers (pretty much as to every car maker across the board ).

I still firmly believe SSFTX is a troll and under that premise he could be banned to spare this site of unwanted bandwidth usage.

You just can't be that *insert immature word here*.

Seriously whats your point? My Prelude with 15s on it will drive circles around any (current) honda/acura product out there!!! I dont see the pont of spending 45k when you can buy a used 88 prelude for 400 bucks that will drive circles around it???

I was driving behind this black TL last night and I quite enjoyed the LED tail lights. I never noticed that they look pretty cool and aggressive. It really helps that you can't see the rest of the car.

There was a 4g in black at a meet this past Sunday. The grill was color matched. The front actually looked pretty nice, but its every after the c-pillar that kill the car for me.

You also have to consider that ZDX is twice the weight of 1988 Prelude. It has very good fuel economy with 255/50/19 tires.
Genesis fuel economy was achieved with only 18inch 235mm wide tires.
wider the tires better comfort with less fuel economic.
ZDX has better hushed up wind noise despite being almost 8 inch taller and 10 inch wider than Prelude hence more area exposed to air friction.. (ACE body structure).

seriously. You go from comparing the prelude that i brought up saying that tire size didnt mean squat then to fuel economy which no one brought up (which going by the rating on it i would disagree that its very good) then you compare the Genesis and its tire size back to comparing the ZDX to the prelude wind noise??? Really??? Do you even know what you are talking about?

Yea, the A8 is amazing. 17mpg in a 4400lb V8 car. It almost makes the 22mpg figure for the Audi A3 2.0T look silly.
Some of these larger car's have amazing MPG that puts smaller ones to shame. My 760 got 24 MPG on a 150 mile trip to gainesville and I usually get 15.9-16.4 MPG depending on traffic in the city. A 6.0L V12 pulling a car that's nearly 3 tons getting that good gas mileage is good in my book!

Yea, that's the thing with turbo......as soon as you want 3L engine power from that 2.0T engine, the car starts drinking fuel at the rate of a 3L engine.
