...and just like that, Frattin gets bumped to the 3rd line and Carbomb moves up to the Richards Carter line....guess what, Kings win with Carter getting 2 goals.

...and Frattin was a -1 to boot!

Again, stop playing like a Leaf, Frattin!!!!!

Patrick Roy's traveling circus on ice is coming to the Garden tonight. Anyone want to set the under over on how many glass partitions get knocked down?

Not looking forward to another matinee game. While the B's may be 1:0 in matinees this year, they are also 1:0 at not showing up for the first 30 minutes of matinee games this year.

Denver, SJ, Calgary, and St. Louis the undefeated so far...

Aside from the Blues, who would've thought the other 3 would be doing this well in the 1st two weeks?

The rags put Biron and Asham on waivers. Does Pittsburgh have a new back up by 12 noon tomorrow?

Come on now, I'll give credit where credit is due, but it was Florida.

They don't get much easier than that, unless you are the Penguins, then for some reason a garbage team like Florida is tough to beat

Meanwhile, Carbomb of all people is scoring goals thanks to Carter & Richards.....Frattin, continues to play like a leaf and keeps getting bumped lower and lower on the lines.

How Frattin could not score with Carter and Richards is something only a Leaf fan could know.

Don't worry Dom, fall is here. You know what happens to a leaf in the fall right? It's only a matter of time before they fall back down to the earth and get crushed into the ground.

Reminds me a lot of what happened between Pacioretty and Chara a few years back.

Considering that Lapierre is a repeat offender, he does not get the benefit of the doubt whatsoever.

He probably won't nor should he. I still feel the punishment should be based on what he did not necessarily by the aftermath alone. But lets face it, this "hit" was not a brutal hit and it wasn't a hit to the head either. It was definitely from behind but it was really more of a push than a hit. It wasn't even boarding as he didn't hit him from behind into the boards. Had it happened anywhere on the ice besides right by the dasher I don't think there is any injury or any penalty call.

No bias from me, I don't care about either of the teams or players involved. I'm just calling it like I see it, and I'm seeing a minor push from behind with no contact to the head that unfortunately happened in a bad spot on the ice and lead to an injury.

We shall see.

This isn't your typical Leaf team of the past 47 years.
