Newsflash for Jonesi: domcha has replaced yumcha as the most annoying Canadian in hockeytalk now that Detroit is back in the East where we belong. Oh, and he failed at pro hockey.

BTW, Ray Borque is still beloved in beantown, so IF we lift the cup this year, no as a matter of fact I won't feel dirty or cheap.

I figured that but assumed he gave up on the Leafs after the Bruins series or slit his wrists.... he failed at prohockey??? NHL13?



Did yumachichi go from the Cawks to the Oilers yet?

TSN's Bob McKenzie reports that the Thomas will earn a base salary of $2.5 million, but that the contract will carry an average annual value of $3.75 million because of potential performance and games-played bonuses.

More bad news for Moog, his boy Raffi had to have surgery, the 6 week return is out the window, he's now looking at 3-4 months. And just like that we can expect concussions to be down 35% in the western conference and 20% league wide.

I'm having some trouble adjusting to my new found interest in Florida Panthers hockey, something about it just seems so wrong.

Thomas, however, is expected to be the starter when the Panthers open their regular season schedule Oct. 3 at the Dallas Stars.
So much for being a backup.
