Mix in a lockout year, and well....it gets messy.

Word on the street is the Kings will raise their championship banner on an afternoon game on the Jan 19.

I made that comment after getting off a 15hr flight, so I reserve the right to retract that post after the jet lag wears off. With two boys under age 5, my life is not quite as NHL centric as it used to be and courtesy of the count, I only get to see Eastern Conf Orig 6 teams at home once every other year if we're lucky.


Well, he doesn't strike me as a dirty player and he certainly is not an enforcer. Chirpy, annoying? and the Wings need a bit more of that. The fact that you and blackack both dislike him should probably make me like him more. Under the right coach, I think his game would flourish and Hockeytown certainly has no tolerance for flopping diving pansy turtles.


My last trip to Montreal was non-hockey related:
