except the case is so thin, and Apple doesn't want the fans to spin so they throttle the fuck out of it and significantly limit the performance of the CPU.

I loved my AirPods when I first got them but now they are worthless. They don't want to connect, the right one will constantly drop off, battery lasts maybe 15 minutes, and instead of giving me the audio warning they are dying, they just cut off; is there a solution? I've unpaired and repaired a few times, are they just done?

Hmmm. Bad batch? I've had mine since the day they were released. Still working fine. battery is probably not as good, but I only use them at the gym or bike riding so I don't notice.

1) Ive leaves Apple to start his own design company
2) Continue to work with Apple designing products
3) Apple buys out company after a few years
4) Profit!
Well lets see if this MBA comes with a scissor switch keyboard. No mention of that but they do say that it already qualifies for keyboard replacement program, so it probably doesn't.

Ohh yea the rumors said the updated MBA would get the supposed new scissor keys.
looks like that didn’t happen.
when has Apple ever back tracked on some new tech
Plus, why would an entry-level MBA get new tech (better scissor keyboard) before the MBP? New tech/eatures usually trickle down with Apple. This isn't Honda where new tech trickles up to Acura.
That's exactly what they did with the MacBook. It was the first to get the butterfly keyboard and USB C port in 2015. Then in 2016 they added the new keyboard to the MBP and they went USB C and TB3 only
I have a question on the Apple Airpods. My wife has an iPhone, so she'd like to get an Airpods. However, we subscribe to Google Music/Youtube Music. So my question is, can you use Siri voice commands on the Airpods to get it to play music on Google Music?

Does Siri on her phone work to control Google Music?

If so, yes.
No it doesn't. I'm also guessing that because our whole ecosystem is on Google services, such as contacts, calendars, and emails, that asking Siri to check any of that is pointless.
Is there any compelling reason to get the Airpods that anyone can convince me? I assume she can still receive calls on it because it will be paired with her iPhone, as well as listen to music by accessing her phone. But wouldn't that just make an extremely expensive Bluetooth head phone?

Well, got the Airpods for my wife. She really likes it. She was able to setup a shortcut so she can tell Siri to play music, which starts her Youtube Music account. There is no ability for Siri to play specific songs, but I guess it's a good enough interim solution until iOS 13.
But you can put many NVMe m.2 SSDs in there. The Late 2013 rMBP that I have has a PCI 2.0 2x SSD but the port is PCI 2.0 4x. I will be testing this when all the parts arrive on Monday.

And i just undid all of this. Been wanting to do that for a few months. Just reinstalled the OEM SSD. Maybe it was just an issue with my model year Mac but closing the lid for sleep become very unreliable, the cmd line you're supposed to do didn't help much. It would freeze during boot up some times, if it wasn't doing that it was crashing while resuming from hibernation. One way or another it was constantly crashing, when I needed to open my laptop and get to work, I often I had to wait up to five minutes for it to become usable because it was would freeze and crash on me. I also didn't notice a speed increase day to day just on benchmarks. On top of that I wanted to roll back to Mojave since Catalina broke L2TP VPNs on Shimo, I can't really using my Mac for work without all my L2TP VPNs. So I kept the old SSD, popped it back in and it booted and I'm back in business.
