The sedan looks hot. WTF the coupe doesn't seem to have LED rear lights while the sedan does...

Sedanwise, I like the front end, and can accept the profile but, the rear is ugly. The coupe has the Alti coupe beat though; Nissan.

Yes, the Coupe looks good. Right, LED would be nice. The back qtr panel in the long shot has a 3 series coupe look and a darken framed grill may be nice.....If your wanting a nice looking v-6 coupe from Honda/acura this is it or you can wait tell late next spring for the TSX coupe with SH and who knows what for an engine....
This coupe should be close to TL in HP/Torque...Sport shift would be nice for us AT heads but i doubt it....maybe a smooth six sp...Hmmm....I haven't rowed gears since my 3 'goats' and 280Z in the 60's and 70's......

The sedan is ok...but the coupe is the looker!!!
I wish they had a better quality front grill. It looks cheap. The criss-cross mesh inserts are more than likely grey plastic.

In that one pic of the coupe, you can partially see the sedan's front grille, which I think looks pretty good. Glad to see Honda is back to a normal grille, and not the weird looking thing on the current Accord.

Nevermind, that's apparently an Odyssey.

Do we know are these going to be the new chain driven timing belt motors that are rumored to be new motors for honda?

I want to reserve my judgement until I see the real thing. Remember that when the spy shots of the CR-V first came out, we all thought, "ewwww"??? Now that I see the real thing, I think it looks pretty good. Don't forget that these are spy shots - they are not taken in any way to flatter the car. All I can say now is that they don't look offensive. However, whether the new sedan and coupe really do look good in person remain to be seen.

nice pics! Actually this might be my favorite looking Accord coupe! But, I still think the G35 coupe is still hotter exteriorwise than this upcoming Accord coupe.
as for the sedan, it looks way better than the current Accord sedan, but I'll look elsewhere if I'm going to buy my next 4 dr car.

TOV sources, who apparently know but can't say ...
That has to mean more than 270 for the V6 and 180+ for the 4 banger I would think.
The V6 AT better have SS or I'm not buying one
Just Talked to Jeff
He finished with the launch event just a few minutes ago.
While we are under embargo, news on the engine front appears good in terms of power numbers. Let's just say that the rumors here about outputs were pretty reasonable and Honda doesn't appear to plan on playing second fiddle to anyone powerwise in this class - especially in the 4cyl models.

I agree with 'dom' but I fear the SS will be held back for Acura. Then again they may feel the SH-awd is enough to seperate them.....a little work on the struts etc.. to bring the handling and ride closer to the TSX or TL while we are wishing...

I think the coupe looks quite a bit better than the current one...sedan a little better as well.
I'm no fan of the current Ohio Accord so almost anything would have been an improvement.

It's good to see a nice Saitama, Sayama Japan Accord following then.
Now I wonder how much different the next TSX will be vs. the US Accord. Yes the Sports 4, but is that really the final basis for the 2nd gen TSX? Also, I hope the next TL doesn't look anything like the 8th gen Accord sedan. Although the 8th gen sedan is a lot better than the 7th gen Accord sedan.

The sedan is looking blah..... For some reason the front grille openings reminds me of the odyssey front... I like the honey comb grille on the coupe versus the sedan grille.

theres also rumors the 4-cyl EX model will have 200hp

The sedan looks kinda like the new Camry/Lexus ES. At least the headlights & tail-lights do. I like it, but it's the same complaint I have with all of the current Lexus sedans: they all look nice, but too similar to each other. Still looks better than the current Accord, though.
