Nah just joking brah. It makes logical sense for some. I did it for years but I don't love iOS anyways to go back to it so I'm good with my solution. Years ago I used to carry around a Neo35 which was basically a 3.5" 40GB hard drive in a case that would slide into a DIN (Thank God 6th gen Accords were double DIN) and a phone. What do you take to work/vaca?

So I went to Linkin Park concert last week and tried taking a video with my HTC M8 and was extremely impressed. Had I known it would do as well I would have taken a couple more.

Work I usually take my phone, bring the iPod in from the car (no signal, and can't stream over work wifi), iPad and my laptop. Perhaps the Kindle and a handheld VG if I really don't want to work at all.

Vacation...here goes:
Laptop, iPad, phone, Anker battery, 3DS XL, PSP, Vita, 3 DSi, iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS, Kindle, Sansa Clip and cords for all of them. 3DS game case, Ds game case.

Kids, man.

Thankfully work doesn't block my streaming service so I'm covered here for music. Yeah I got kids too with their own little wifi-only devices plus they use the laptops.

Our IT sucks ass. The WiFi barely works as it is. Unfortunately we are underneath Radiology, so there's no way in hell I'd get a signal.

Meh, I said that at first too until I used one. The early versions sucked, just like all new things, but they are pretty formidable now.

1020 = Best vacation camera phone combo in one ever.

iPhone was probably still better then. Thats when I switched, but I'll admit that iPhone was just a lot smoother and things of nature.

I think Android really caught up 4.0.

It's the interface I can't tolerate. Unless they change that, I'm good.

And yes, front facing speaker

Hard to judge from renders, so here are comparisons with the same renders

Yea it does look a tiny bit bigger on the sides. But the top and bottom bezels go slimmer even with speakers. Nice.

I'm predicting it will be the same size as the Nexus 4, but with the bigger 5.2" screen.

I don't know if I am more fascinated with the magic Moto widget on the back, or the dual led flash ring camera.

so the iphone 6 is rumored to get its power button on the side now with the bigger screen. I'm pretty excited by this because now iPhone peeps don't need to go searching for my power button. I swear they have the most befuddled look on their faces when the power button isnt at the top of the phone.

speed, true....

took me a minute to figure it out as well

Miz, its on the back...

I have to say it looks like a huge inconvenience but after using it for 2 days it just seems right...the gestures on the screen helps a lot....double tap on the screen will lock the phone and double tap anywhere will unlock it....

you can customize the unlock with a new "knock code"....so the screen is off, phone is locked, and you tap/knock on the screen at particular places...fuq it, here is the video:

PS: its gonna make you

Yea without that knock feature it would be a bust. I leave my phone on the computer desk a lot and just have to hit the side button to turn it on.

I do agree with you, but I will say that I've had more "quirks" with this phone in the 2 months I've had it compared to the year and a half I had my HTC One M7. I think i'm going to have to try a factory reset.. Can't wait for that......

Pulled the battery like 3 times.
Yesterday the voice assistant kept popping up with zero user input.
Lags sometimes
Knock screen (not Knock Code) is iffy. Sometimes works, sometimes doesn't.
Haven't even tried the Knock Code just because of that.

But I can say; that when it is working good, I love this phone.

Wonder what options ill have if the factory reset doesn't fix any of these issues.

knock to wake is great - i use it tons on both my oppo and xperia tablet.
My phone stays unlocked when connected to my watch.

Not quite sure what to make of the note 4 edge, although having the edge as a taskbar is pretty nifty. Did they actually drop the fingerprint scanner from the note 4? I really wanted that.

I thought the Note 4 has the fingerprint scanner?

So far my favorite thing is the Sony Experia Z3 compact. Looks like a nice little phone!

I'd prefer the full size Z3 to maybe even the Note 4 once comparisons and all that come out. Doubt ATT will get it. I can't upgrade till next March so I'll probably wait to see what the S6 goes with.

I like the concept of the Note Edge. They showed a ruler app for it. Don't know why, but I really like that. Pretty much everything they showed for the side bar looked awesome. If they'd make it in a Galaxy S size, I'd be all over it. Still not 100% sure I like the size of the Note class phones.

at the Note 4. Is that smaller camera window/maps window Note 4 only? I had the audio down at work.
