The Rangers are a train wreck.

Torts might actually have to blame himself for this one.....ah who am I kidding, he will blame the underachieving, over paid Richards and Nash.

Meanwhile Gaborik is laughing.

Rangers have made the playoffs 7 of the last 8 seasons, certainly not too much of a train wreck.....a multi-car pileup? Maybe. Edmonton.....that right there is a nuclear disaster.

I miss Gaborik.......his jersey is still hanging in the closet

Sell that to the Sharks too.

They make the playoffs, and never win either.

I don't see the Rangers as a trainwreck per se. Lots of talent and gritty players on that team.

Love the Top 4 D and Callahan can play on my team any day. Fine line between success and failure in the NHL these days though and perhaps, the system needs work and so, makes sense to punt the coach.

There are more teams in "disarray"...I'd count the Flames, Oilers, Flyers, and even Canucks amongst those.

Teams with a solid core and farm system and can stay in the upper tier for awhile are: Boston, LA, Chicago, Detroit, and Pittsburgh (although, other than Despres, I don't think the Pens have much coming up in the pipeline -- going strictly with their current core of Crosby/Malkin)...

And oh look...these are the teams remaining in the playoffs.

Believe it. Still have 3 cans left.

If the Hawks lose, I'm chugging scotch though.

If anyone, I'd say Ruff would be a good candidate.

Already sucks I'm working and cannot spend enough time with the little guy. So, I'd like to try and remember our time together.

Being shartfaced is not usually going to work...nor will it put me in the good graces with the First Lady if I'm out cold because I'm drunk.

On my best behavior for the rest of this week.

Truth be told, am in the doghouse a bit since we cancelled our trip up to GTA for the holiday weekend so I could attend game six. Dom invited me to hit the crack pipe with him and his boy Rob Ford but we'll have to take a rain check.

I'm gonna down an Asahi just to steal Yummy's mojo though.

Since 97Ack thinks I am, I'm going to make assumptions and be as negative as possible: All of Detroit's players have ugly Moms. All of them.

Yes.

Yup. They play very similarly. It's obvious that Chicago is copying Detroit's model...lots of chances traded.

20 minutes left. Teams that score first usually come out on top in Game 7s. Let's see if Chicago follows this trend.

Oops...was that too much assumptions and negativity?

That's a terrible call and bad break for the Hawks. But how the hell was a Hawk that open and alone in the slot?!?!? Fibonacci, you sure Babcock wasn't out with Mayor Ford earlier today?

Wow, what a break for the Wings on that no-goal. Complete BS.

Yup, that's negativity right there.
