Ho-lee She-it. Have you heard of punctuation? I don't know, but I think it might have been invented for a reason.

Anyway, welcome. Bring your CL S up to some meets.

Welcome aboard

It's always nice meeting a fellow CL owner, due to the fact that I am the only CL at the meets & cruises. Do you have any pics of your whip?

http://www.amazon.com/Garmin-765T-4-...6238341&sr=8-1

This has a great list of features. I've been using it for a couple weeks now. Lifetime traffic is awesome, you get a free map update when you buy it so the map will be up to date for this year, the bluetooth works (I've read a lot of reviews that say otherwise, but I've had no issues).

Otherwise another that caught my eye was at costco. It's more of a basic model, but I think it was also around the $180-200 mark and came with lifetime map updates (which ends up being quarterly I believe). But it doesnt have bluetooth, traffic, and the lane guidance stuff if I remember correctly.

(BTW - you can buy lifetime map updates for any GPS for $125 from garmin, or about 75 on Amazon)

Hey Guys! I just bought 2007 RDX. I was wondering which one is the best dealership to get my services at in terms of price and service. I live in Blaine so the Buerkle and the white bear dealerships are the closest. However, I am willing to drive further if they hav better prices or discounts. Thanks!

Welcome aboard. I live in CR, and we've got some people reppin Blaine as well.

Personally, I goto Beurkle. Not that I've been anywhere else, but I haven't been given a reason either I guess. Great service, on time, and decent rentals. They always give me a brand new car (had a TL and a TSX) - I've heard some horror stories about getting an old Acura trade-in at some places.

Another month and I'll be sporting the ride. For now I'm rocking the truck.

Welcome! I have gone to both the Bloomington and White Bear dealerships. I prefer the Bloomington dealership well over White Bear. The White Bear dealership gave me terrible customer service! I actually got my CL off the Bloomington showroom floor back in '01.

Do the work yourself. I haven't found a single place that does decent work or that I would trust with my car yet. I do everything myself, which has grown into regular maintenance, because dealerships are too expensive!

I'm in blaine and I go to Buerkle for my servicing. I can't complain about Buerkle, I haven't had any problems with them.

So spring fever has got me and I started running the numbers on what I need to do pretyt soon here...
Headlights- Housing and Bulbs-(OEM Housing and Kaixen 8500k HID)- $300
Hood- Carbon-fiber hood-(No need to paint, which is expensive)- $470 (Shipped)
Hood Shocks- (Mine are completely shot) - $35
Paint of JDM bumper ($300) and Grill- (estimated at $300)- $300

Total- $1170, or $1470 including the bumper. This gets my ack 100% up and running from the exterior standpoint

My winter tires are completely bald, and need to be replaced very soon, especially since I have another ice race this weekend. I found a set of steelies (same dimensions as my OEM winter rims), for $250(Hopefully I can talk him down) with winterforce tires that look like they have a good amount of tread left, and then found a place that said they would mount, balance, etc for $52, putting that up to $300 for my winter tires.

So there is my quick update of what I will be doing in the next couple of weeks...

Sunday, the one josh was talking about.

And a lot of this work is going to be done at "Jorge's car and cookie shop", if that's alright with you. Some other minor things I need to get sorted out (might be good at your place) are...
-Figure out what is going on with my power steering pulley
-Flush power steering fluid and refill
-Change out spark plugs
-Figure out how to wire the JDM fogs into an OEMish setup
-Get JDM bumper on

Could any of you guys recommend a good and cheap place that can remove some scratches on my RDX? They are not deep but they do cheapen the car a bit. I am not a really a DIYer so that's why I am looking for a place. Thanks.

I have done a lot of work with Heritage Auto Body right off Coon Rapids Blvd and 610. I have a full time job, but I also run a business with my father that does PC repair, and we happen to have them as a customer. With that said - I happen to know that they really do take the time and effort to make sure things are done right. Give them a call or just stop by. Otherwise you may also want to check like Perfect 10 or Buff 'n' Shine. They also do detailing/bugging jobs as well.

I have heard good things about Perfect 10 Car Wash but I have not been able to find it. Every time I type the address on google maps it sends me to a residential area. I know it is on County Road 10 but could you tell me where at?

Take county 10 past Northtown, it will be on the left side of the road just before you cross over 65.

Basically just take University towards Northtown. You can either take a left onto 10, and go down to the stoplights down by Batteries Plus and take a left there - Or you can just take the little service road back by Arby's, Mattress Giant and the Library all the way down to the carwash.

Getting on that frontage road kinda sucks plus where it curves is just covered with potholes. You can just stick on Old Cty Rd 10 and turn left at the next light. Perfect 10 and clock/computer repair shop sit on that intersection.

Closest for you will be right off University. Not sure of the cross street, but it will be down towards K-mart. It's right by some apartments.

Otherwise there is one off Coon Rapids Blvd (might be considered East River Road) just inside of Anoka on the left hand side (if your going into Anoka from CR)

Recenlty I just bought some nice chrome 18s that I am waiting to install once the streets are clean.
