The two Chil-lins

The TL isnt really liking the new sibling, when its late and I am too lazy to put the top up the Acura sits outside. But it will get its sweet revenge when it sits there all winter hiding from the snow/salt

Stock grill

Stock, no wing

Stock shift knob

With OEM rear wing added

Grill after paint match

Future plans:
Window tint
Winter tires for stock rims (once the snow starts falling)
Aftermarket 17" or 18" wheels with summer tires next spring --- right now the TSW Nurburgring is in the lead

TintPros does a really good job on Window Tint and guarantees the work. If you mention the site you will usually get some sort of discount

I'd vouch for Tint Pros Mobile as well.. Tien did a great job on my TL, and I know he did Jorge's as well. Top notch work

So sounds like Tint Pros is the general consensus then. What does an all-around tint job generally run?

Wheels look good Tim, so since they have a clear on them is that considered a 2 stage or not ? I'm currently dismantling my calipers to get them ready for some color.

The 2012 All Mitsubishi Cookout and Car Show will be the 14th year for this annual event. The All Mitsu Cookout is the LARGEST Mitsubishi event in the Upper Midwest!! Come join in on the fun! Once again we'll be at the Rogers Middle School.

Who: owners of 3000GT, Stealth, Eclipse, Talon, Laser, Galant, EVO, Lancer, Starion, Conquest, Mirage, Diamante, Colt, Cordia, Avenger, Sebring coupe, Stratus coupe, and all other Mitsubishi made vehicles.

What: A cookout and car show for all Mitsubishi made cars. We will supply the food, and give away some cool prizes. Trophies will be given out for 1st through 3rd places in many different categories. Also I'll be doing the Mitsubishi trivia contest.

Where: At the Rogers Middle School, in Rogers, MN. The school offers a large paved lot for parking all of the cars.

When: Sunday, August 26th, 2012 from 11am to 4pm

Why: There are a lot of Mitsubishi enthusiasts in the area. This gives us a chance to get together for a once a year event like none other anywhere.

They do the cooking for us, so we don't have to worry about Jorge feeding us raw meat again.

So I was driving last night and didn't see a bump in the road and ended up putting a bulge in my front drivers side tire... does anyone have a spare KDW 235/35/19 laying around??? I don't want to buy a brand new set of tires right now as the other 3 are still good...

Yea all of the Illusion colors are 2 stage. Let me know whenever you're ready!

We'll be out at the Mitsu cookout, it sounds like its going to be a pretty big turn out.

Pansy I have eaten plenty of burgers with a little pink in the middle and nothings ever happened. As a matters of fact I have cooked most of the time in all the other meets and no one has died yet

I forgot to tell you but your fancy RJ rim could be bent if you hit it that hard.

I know.. I haven't looked at it yet.. I'm a little worried to look ha. If it is, I'll deal with it. I've got 2 new KDW's on order now, but they won't be here until Friday/Monday so I decided to take the truck out for a while

If you have your tires by then why would u need to roll with one of us. If you do and you want to roll with me you have to tell your bro not to breakdown or he is SOL

I was saying if I didn't have them by then. I could meet up and ride with you or you could pick me up since I live like 10 minutes away from the meet

Haha I'm dropping him off in St. Cloud Friday since he moves in for college so no worries about that

So my big accomplishment for the summer:

I just washed it for the first time this summer yesterday- the house was the big buy and I spent most of my time putting it together.

17x9 +45 Enkei RPF-1 SBC's on 235/45/17 Hankooks

Tein Basic coilovers (yea, I can go lower, but I don't want to go much lower)

Hawk HPS pads

I need an alignment, anyone know a good, cost effective place in St. Paul/NW burbs?

So I cracked a rim this weekend

I'm having it sent in today to see if it can get repaired.. I'm hoping since they don't make the Ron Jon Inspyres anymore.. I'd have to buy a used one from RJ and refinish it to match

Busy this weekend, and next weekend Saturday - other than that, whens the next gathering gonna be? Haven't seen you guys in a grip!

Besides that, any guys want to work a security gig with me on the 8th? It's from 5pm to 2am - pays $120 cash. We have to guard a stage, protect the mechanical bull (topless I might add) and help the drunks setup tents for a biker rally.

If interested, let me know! I think they are still looking for a couple of guys. You could just roll down there with me if you wanted. If you want to see what it is, google "SCVR chili feed" - its at the Gas Lite bar in Ellsworth, WI
