According to their site, it's a J&R custom design.

IHC, I was thrown by the extra connection and you are correct, the blowoff valve goes there.

Read... KN_TL just got his as posted above. Libert69, hispeed are in the works and xiomaro's is already on his car but he donated the car to us to use for a few months to test reliability.... Libert69 should have his real soon. Within a week or more....i do believe Maddizm is getting one too if im not mistaken.

First of all, Xiomaro is considered J&R's current turbo car... no? Guinea pig as one might say. So does that really count as anyone?

And I did read...
As for someone that is local and hangs around Xiomaro/J&R, you slow or something? Guess no one really has the full kit yet... no?

Simple questions Silva.... simple questions...

Xiomara is J&R's turbo'd TL-S. Rodney has his own turbo setup on his base TL.

Other than that, what does it matter to you?.. Rodney & Silva are doing all the work, supplying updates, getting everything out and you're running your mouth. If you're going to run your mouth and be condescending you might as well take that shit to ramblings and keep it out of this thread.

Good Afternoon.

I can clearly see that you are dwelling in the past from the other thread.....they usually use the term "let it go" for this. First of all J&R only has one turbo which is an 04 6mt. Xiomaro is a customer of J&R who ordered a kit and donated his car for a short term testing, no need to consider. I am a member of J&R and once again Xiomaro is a customer. We barely even see him. Explain to me how i seem to know too little. You are correct, i did not answer your question. The answer is no. No one has a full kit besides J&R. The Eta is the last week in March 2010.

We're just offering something different....... Let it go Kevin. We did.

I don't know how long you've been following the progress of this kit, but based on the number of people who claimed to be in versus who actually ponied up, you'd understand why it's taken so long.

It is a bit unsettling to have so much cash spent for so long with a lot of delays. but the changes they have made all along have been worth the wait.

I've been telling Rodney all along that I would rather wait and have things delivered correctly than rush things and have things break.

I'm also sure that J&R don't have bottomless pockets, so if you'd like to back this venture, I am sure the turnaround time for product development and manufacturing would be significantly reduced.

I am told that we should be getting the remainder of the kit shipped this coming week.

I have everything except the AEM Fic, the fuel pump and some connectors. I still need a clutch before I can install, but I hear I should have the complete kit by the end of the week.

Thank you!
I did not know if KN_TL was the most up to date kit sent thus far... or if anyone else had received all packages of complete setup.
I can only assume; as with most forum members, anxious to see how this kit will do when distributed and tested on multiple TLs not J&R. I believe this would help others faith and minds (including myself) on this kit, as this kit is not cheap.

As to let it go? Not much to let go. I asked a question that warrant a very simple answer... yet to say to read (75+pages) when clearly I have? Very immature but my response was as well.
Just was bothersome, pet peeve, struck a nerve, etc.

assumptions are expected in forums, but there's a bit too much assuming and considering on your end..... assuming Xiomaro's car is the J&R Turbo car, assuming that i only hang around J&R, assuming I hang around with Xiomaro (no offense to darrin, he's a very cool guy) Yes xiomaro counts, he has driven his car since it's been in our possession

in the 75 pages you read, there are dyno and street video's of the J&R turbo TL. you're correct, we were both immature.............

Nice. Looks like it works pretty good to be getting the power you are getting.

Plan on upping the boost at all?? Im curious to see what these motors will handle stock. What was the 470hp at? 6psi or 8psi?? I know I seen it somewhere on here.

Keep up the good work.

im pretty sure he said it was 8psi. also i think they are testing the point of detonation with this kit eventually, cause they said something about it.

Ooooooo sweet! In for that one.

If I can get some money together I am goin this route. At first I wasnt sold on it but seeing the new power they got it looks as if the F/IC tunes quite well. Idk how it compares to my Hondata S300 I had in my Civic but looks like it does a good enough job. Hondata needs to help us TL owners out!!!

J&R are already on the ECU working with Hondata.

The current work is on the 07/08 ECU that is FPro compatible and something may be available for the 04-06 crowd.

Innovate Motorsports (click here) is considered to be among the best available.

The Auto Meter Gauge Mounting Cup (click here) is a great companion to the gauge.

The 479 whp on the base model was made with a smaller turbo 57mm vs the kit turbo 62 mm ....the boost level if I'm not mistaken was 11-12 psi , however the kit is been released with 6-7 psi with whp range of 360-380 whp ...we do not recommend upping the boost without a few upgrades for street driving like water meth ect , we didn't encounter any problems but with 11.1 compression ratio I'm sure were knocking on failures door especially , when we tune to that level it was on 93 octane no precautions was taken except a few more degrees from timing map to be on the safe side ...

With the typeS it makes 452 whp @ 7-8 psi , which we are driving on now for over 5k miles ,were thinking 6 psi is a good level to release the typeS kit with to be safe but were sure @ 452 we are safe judging from dattalogging ect and timing is set to a safe degree ....

I wonder what this turbo kit is capable of on PAULs j36 rebuild. The rebuild alone is 309 WHP, and can handle 8 psi safely he says.
