Looks like the stock engine mounts interfere with the front turbo pipe. My guy forgot about the Excelerate engine mounts in the trunk and was trying to grind down the top of the OEM mount. He was happy to see me and my aftermarket mounts when I went by at lunch. Not that anyone should be rockin the stock mounts with 400+ LBS of TQ, but just so people know, you will need aftermarket engine mounts. I know this was built around the innovative mounts, but I am hoping the Excelerate mounts clear the front pipe. I should be fully done wednesday. I am doing clutch and timming belt at the same time to ensure everything is ready. Pulling the blower and installing the turbo while keeping track of all the blower pieces and not using them in the turbo install is tough.

I got the wrong sized clutch disc, so we will have delays. Looks like the rest of the install is going good. I can't believe no one else makes a disc for the TL. Thank god for P2R. I will try to take some pics tommorow of the car and the crazy looking clutch.

$1,500?!?! That's rape. Unless it's some special aluminum flywheel and a dual disc pressure plate they're out of their mind. Even $600 is on the pricey side.

I strongly suggest doing the slave cylinder check valve delete before installing this disc, that damn valve allows slippage which will cause glazing of this disc.....

I just got the last part in today. I appear to be the only one doing a DIY and I don't have the spanner wrench to replace the fuel pump so I am waiting for that to arrive. Once I get it and finish putting in a shower and ramp in the front yard, I'll be digging in.

Like KN said the manual is missing some info that I would like to have. My mechanic didn't seem happy this morning, I found him staring at the install manual with a blank look. My car was in the air and the engine and tranny were on stands. I am more concerned with the clutch not fitting at the moment, but were I doing the install I would be pretty heated about the pace of things.

have any of you guys who purchased the rubo looked at this front bumper? Has a hole for the intercooler..
I think it looks clean and is ALOT easier to get then the Versus bumper.. (I just really want to see what this bumper looks like painted.)

For me, it's not with the install. Hi Speed mentioned that there are references to diagrams that don't exist.
I found one about the vacuum connections. If there are others, I haven't found them yet. Maybe Hi Speed can give the specifics.
Both John and Rodney (thanks to you) contacted me right away.
Thanks!
