if anyone is willing to help pay for any of the plasti dips, i will take the time to test them out. i honestly will put in the time and effort to do my entire car matte gray or whatever someone wants, if they are willing to buy all the equipment. i'll send you the leftovers so you'd really only need to buy more plasti if ya wanna do it. as i said, i'd have done this already but it costs 10 bucks for each can of the special plasti. the gun metal also needs an additional $10 sprayer. and shipping is 15-25 bucks. no stores have it, im trying to figure out which online store is the cheapest to get it from

(White, Grey, metallizer, Red)

If I were to rate colors It would be:
1)RED
2)Grey
3)White
4)Metallizer

I had extra pieces laying around so if anyone was wondering how painting CF comes out, here are some examples. FYI: this was done pretty fast but all the colors look pretty good with the exception of the plastidip metallizer.

Door Sills came in this past week, I did a quick fitment test and there is definitely going to be some tweaking inorder to make them flush and sit correctly. At this point I still have not been able to decide if I will try and modify these sills or go ahead and sell them. They did come in red so I'm more tempted to try and make it fit lol. They are slightly smaller than OEM TSX sills but they completely cover thes holes where the OEM sills snap in. Here are some phone pics... lemme know if you have any input on this possible project. Oh and the new sills are just made out of aluminum so I dont think there should be too much of a problem bending them into the correct shape.

Yes, and Yes^^ havent looked into the wiring yet, im guessing its pretty much the same. You think I should try and modify it to make it fit the TSX? I think Ill just need some more 3M tape and bend the tabs out that are suppose to snap on to the TL sills. Just dont want to ruin them by trying to mod it and figure out down the road it just wont work out...

^^^ do modify it....if it work i can get 20 odd sills done for you TSX folks

the wiring should be very very simple....

1> 1 wire goes to your door switch wire
2> constant HOT wire....

so for 1 side, 2 sills you need 3 wires, out of which 2 you know (from the switches) and 1 you need to find....

first try the connections, then try the fitment

Can you link me to the DIY? I remember taking a look at it a little while ago.. I guess I could do some development work to help the TSX community out.

Yeah I looked it at one last time and even if I was really good at fabricating I don't think it would turn out right. They are a little bit too wide for it to sit correctly on the sill. I don't think it will be worth it to modify the sills if they are not going to look correct on the TSX. Probably going to end up selling them on the black market, or PM for pricing.
