No worries, they will be coming soon... They honestly look great! Cleaning the tires and revealing my center caps will definitely set it off, plus a drop in a month or so I am hoping. Sickest TSX on stockies. My goal is to prove stock wheels on this tsx can be sexy with the right mods surrounding it.

I didn't cover the tires so they did get sprayed, but when I wash them I'll get the rest off. I didn't clear coat either... I'm sure pyro will probably do some experimenting with this, he told me he was going to order both silver and gold. The silver metallic kinda gives it a glossy texture if you see it in person. On my way to the sexiest CU2 on stock wheels!!

And Keep it going brother. I wish I had your weather to just do DIY wl my car all day
Yeah it actually got down to 25 this morning... it felt cold as shit!! but now it's about 55. Weather is really nice, but here in the summer it's impossible to work on the car unless you have a garage cause it rains almost every day. Maybe I'll glossy dip my side mirrors if I get bored one day lol. Still gotta find the time to paint my strut bar too haha.

I gotta do the strut bar as well, Just thinking of what ACCENT color i want to use.
yea i'll be ordering 2-3 bottles of the gold, the gloss, and the gun metal tomorrow or the next day. i just have alot of stuff going in in school, and i don't really have anywhere to paint them, but i'll get it done before march, weather permitting. i'll also do 2 at a time, so i'll do 1 side gold, and another side gloss at the same time. or i may just take 1 wheel off, and put the donut on, and then just experiment on one wheel.
and also, i hope your not thinking of plasti dipping the strut bar haha, it wont stand up to the heat. you gotta use the high heat paint, like for the rest of the shit in your engine. you can hold it by the holes probably, since you don't really wanna paint those anyway and i think you should plug them

Yeah dude I like the idea of painting one wheel while it's off the car to experiment. Easier to paint, easy to move inside somewhere, easy to change if you don't like it. Only bad thing is the shipping is pretty expensive, especially if you are ordering that many cans.
As far as strut bar, I still have a full can of heat resistant paint that I used on my brakes and on my valve cover, so no worries there. I think my plan is to feed some rope through the holes and hang it somewhere. I think that will be the easiest.

I think the wheels work pretty well! I like the way it looks on a white car, but I doubt id like it on my car since its dark. I might experiment with dipping my wheels someday soon, now that I am seeing some examples on other cars.
my vortex is pretty dark at night, and i still like the look of them. you just might benefit more from adding gloss, or maybe the gun metal. matte won't look good if you don't have the murdered out look, you just wont see the wheels haha. anyone around nyc or philly have an extra stock wheel for me to experiment on so i don't have to ride on a donut? no harm will come to it =)

i'll do it, if people help pay for all the equipment... http://s384403007.e-shop.info/shop/a...aid%3D28001%26. i'll put in the time and effort to do the entire car
something other than matte black please. Ive seen matte black cars in person, and unless the car is already a supercar with serious presence it ends up making the car look cheap as fuck.
Matte white, or matte silver metallic, or something, just no black :x

I can actually agree, matte white would look really good, or silver. I think it (matte black) would be appropriate for any of those russian accords, or the only super charger here in US. Very interested to see who will do it first.
Arent you the photoshopQUEEN?? Can you give us an idea of how AWESOME it would be?
