Sorry, forgot about that Hanzie.

She'll need to remedy that soon so there will be 3 WDP TLS out there.

So everyone, what's the word about those dates I posted for one last try at Ennis?

yup yup, silver rules dallas

for some reason my car feels extra peppy today, and smoother too..

maybe its all in my head, cuz i finally got a chance to slap on some zaino yesterday. last time i waxed the car was back in may.. i'm glad to see the wheels are silver, not gray

ruf, my car also has CT sways, but stock height/tires... are you still deciding? i say DEFINITELY get the sways

WDP TLS on roids . . . .

The misses gave me the thumbs up on getting both the springs and sways. I'm feeling good naanaanaa

The bad news is my brother has been ordered by the city to move all no operational or non-registered vehicles. That means I've got to move my old 64 SS Malibu.

After a couple of weeks of sleeping on it, and talking to my brother about the overall condition and effort to restore it, . . . . sigh :shakehd: . . so I've decide to get ride of it.

The upside is I can use the cash to pay for the work on my TLS.

I can't believe after 25 years I'm going to get rid of it. :shakehd:

I need a drink . . . no make that a drunk . . .

MAN! -

The irony of that last reply, post #1327.

Specifically the 327 part. The engine that made that car screem was a 327, and happens to be the only thing I'll keep from it.

Make one think about things like this. humm

Heh, I know how ya feel Ruf, I know how ya feel. Parting with cars is hard. I can't imagine having had one for that long, and then deciding to part with it.

Duckblue, highly controlled experiments have shown that Zaino can add anywhere from 12-15 BHP to your vehicle. I'm not making this up.

of course.. 12-15bhp, and couple that with less drag from the extra smoothness.. and top it off with "cold" weather, its time to haul ass

*cold means anywhere under 80 in texas

Sorry about the SS--that is a bad deal.

October 4--I am in El Paso on business so I can't be there.
November 15 and 22--so far, these look good.

Inferno WPD TLS

Dallas Burn--4 Colorado Rapids--2 (I heard Colorado's coach has a silver ride--or is its his grandmother's walker that is silver?)

Hey folks, considering next weekend is Oct 4th, it may be pushing it to get the word out.

Anyone else thinking the same?

It would also allow some of our buddies like Civic and Mantis to get their cars in good running order. :P

That fine, I'll wait to cash it until the springs arrive. Yep, they're not here yet. I'm beginning to wonder if they were shipped 3 day like Mr Hyde said, or straight ground.

I hope they didn't get lost somewhere.

No problem, I live about 7 miles from UTD. So anywhere near there would work.

As for the races, probably not until November 15th or 22nd.

Oct 12 is a big pro event, and I won't be in any condition until Nov 15th or later.

I've posted an update on the thread requesting a response to either of these dates.

Either day could work, but time is the question. Thursday after 6:30 would work, otherwise daytime meeting would depend on my call schedules.

Let me know what times work for him.

Okay Gang,

We need to lock in a date for the last track meet of the year.

The 10/4 weekend is coming up and only a couple of folks responded. And I have a conflict as it turns out, not to mention lilie is forecasted to bring rain to the area that weekend.

So we really need to decide if 11/15 or 11/22 will work out.

Oh Civic . . .

We have springs . . .

Give me a ring and let me know who to call so I can get them to him.

BTW - they are even in the original Comptech Box.

Well, she's history.

My 64 SS that is. The guy hauled her off this weekend. sniff

There wasn't much of an option. The city had lock down on the storage of cars behind shops, and I can't justify renting a storage space.

Oh well, those were fun times.

So I'm pulling out of work headed to lunch at high noon, and what do I see in my rearview? A Satin Silver CL-S comin' up fast! Finally got a chance to see CLS-Ds pimp ass ride! We were both on the run so we only had a chance to say what's up, but it was fun to see your ride, Albert.

Oh yeah, about the 4th. It looked like it was gonna be a good day to go to the track, but then the weather report keeps changing. Today I saw Fri. is supposed to have a high 92, and rain, so lots of humidity. Sounds like Nov. will work out better.

So far, I am free both dates in November. Being a newbie, I would love to head to the track and see everyone's rides. Is the event a "test and tune" day? I sure could use some help learning what to do as I have never been to the track... Inferno TLS

Hey, since you are close by we could hook up some time after work or maybe during the weekend or even lunch, depending on where you work.
