Not his fault really that the Caps players are happier playing no defense and it stems from the leadership of the locker room. If Ovie et al were truly embracing the more structured play Boudreau was preaching, this would not have happened.

I'm just referring to what Ovie called him, that's it.

I'd say very high, especially after listening to a greatest hits of him on 24/7 this morning on my local radio station, of course most of it was bleeps.

Nice standing O for THE CAPTAIN last night. Still strange to see Yzerman working for another organization though.

Last nights Kings game....play by play hall of fame announcer Bob Miller and color guy Jim Fox try to remain "professional" when a comment made by Fox about a malfunctioning ref whistle of: "The pea-in-his whistle was stuck" turns into a laugh-giggle fest for minutes!!

Listen to the lapses of sudden no play by play as Bob and Jim keep their finger on the "cough" button to help avoid their mad laughter getting on the air. Listen how they try after minutes to get it together, but then have to hit the "cough" button time and time again!

<iframe width="420" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/EyavUFI6eCw" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
Watch it from beginning to end without jumping for full effect.

I can't believe the Rangers have won 5 again. They are doing things they never did like coming back and going ahead late in the 3rd.

Why do they have so many games in hand? It's not like there are rain outs. lol

Good win by the Hawks tonight...launching 4 past the hottest goalie in the League in Elliott.

But, he's a no-name goalie...so, it's no feat.

Hmm, I would think the hottest goaltender in the league is the one who hasn't lost a game since October.

In Toronto's defense, the last 2 games were much closer than the scores would indicate. Boston has finally figured out how to put their foot on the gas and keep it there in the 3rd period. The breaking point in the last one was that 2 1/2 minutes in the 3rd where Boston kept them hemmed up in their defensive zone, Toronto never really recovered.

Well, we did give them a top piece of talent in Colburne for a joker named Kaberle. They took advantage of us in that one.

I never heard of him either....been on the IR for quite some time......skates down the ice once and quickly heads his giant lard mass to the bench pronto.
