If there is one rookie worth hyping and talking about, I'd say it is Nugent-Hopkins. I'm impressed with his play.

And honestly, Waldorf, Voynov likely will be headed back to the AHL once Doughty is back from IR. Most scouting reports/pools say the same thing.

Wow that 2008 draft for the Kings yielded some incredible stuff:
Doughty #2, Voynov #32, Loktionov #123.

Like I said before this kid is legit. 2 goals against the Stars!

Now Deano has some serious decisions to make. Clearly this kid is top notch...but can you really send him back down when Doughty comes back on Saturday?

The answer is "no way" you don't send a kid like this down, he has it all. Trouble is if you send anyone else down they will be claimed on waivers...unlike Voynov.

So you either tell Voynov, "Look kid, you are better than the roster players taking your spot....but suck it up and see you next year, or when someone gets injured again....or you trade for a spot.

Tough decision. Kids only 21 and has such a huge upside.

With such depth, these are the problems that happen....and the kind of problems you kinda love to have.
Sorry? Who?

Who was send down to the AHL...?

RANGERS PLACE AVERY ON RE-ENTRY WAIVERS

This should solve the Rangers woes.

They did, but they definitely had answers for every time we scored. Of course, we're still missing half our team

That's the one I've been using this year. IMO not as good as myp2p.eu was but they typically have 4 links per game of varying quality. If I find something better I'll let you know.

Phil Kessel, player of the month and leading scorer into Nov

Still waiting for him to go into a 10 game slump.

Oh the irony....

Teubert will have a chance to play his first NHL game on Thursday night in Los Angeles. Teubert was a first-round pick of the Kings in 2008 (13th overall) before being traded to Edmonton for Dustin Penner at the 2011 trade deadline.
http://www.tsn.ca/nhl/story/?id=379457

Will the Tin Man (the man with no heart) get up for this game?
...or will he remain "The Cooler"....as he is so affectionately known as in L.A.

Hey, not all coaches have to loved by their players for their decisions. Egos of players get in the way. I still remember Pippen throwing a fit once for not getting the ball late in a game because it was designed to go to Kukoc.

Not saying that Bood has won anything HUGE yet...but they won that game!

I'm not saying he needs to be loved, that was shown very well on 24/7 with how much of a douche he was being. Just found it classy that the captain of the team would MF his coach behind his back
