Wow, Boston, Ottawa, and Pittsburgh sure are making things drama-city with the final 2 games...
This is now THE race...the Western dogfight between Kings, Flames, and Jets is less so with the ground LA needs to make and the choke-job both Canadian teams need to have...otherwise, I don't believe LA is going to have a chance to defend their Cup.

And for fucks sake, sit that moron Bartkowski. I'd take over him at this point, failing at pro hockey would be an improvement.

Three Rangers regulars will be sitting tonight against the Ottawa Senators.
Rick Nash, who was voted the team MVP by the media and received the Players' Player Award in a vote from teammates Thursday, will rest,
along with defenseman Marc Staal, who has been playing through some bumps and bruises.
Mats Zuccarello, who was scratched against New Jersey with "overall body soreness" according to coach Alain Vigneault, also will not play

^ Well, the Sens better throw the kitchen sink at the bare-bones team being iced by the Rangers...cuz, no win is guaranteed.

I'll be probably ignoring the Hawks/Blues game and tuning into the Kings/Flames game.
And remember, if LA loses, they meant to do that.

I am personally rooting for the Kings tonight because it'll make for some fun-times in Game 82 for them when they play the Sharks who will be motivated to put LA outta the playoffs.

@ Boston
The end to their season is funnier than any Leaf joke I've ever seen. This bit of revenge is sweet indeed.
Let the battle between Black Label and BlackAck begin.

Kings scored...going to now be more entertaining in the 3rd!

4 teams in the Central with 100 points...potentially 5 if Jets win some more. Wow.
Senior Moderator
3 minutes left...exactly how Deano predicted it!
Senior Moderator
Where the eff is Moog!??!? I want the insider scoop on this!
Senior Moderator
Deano wanted the Kings to miss the playoffs.
We're all wrong.

Yeah, impressive that supposed rebuilds like Ottawa and Calgary are in. Also nice to see the Jets in as well...they look a bit like the Kings -- big, mean, and fast. So, if they can get going, look out.
I have absolutely no idea who is the favorite this year. Who has Deano's number? He should know.

Not sure what's more annoying. Cabbies Ranger game updates or Yumchah's Kings/Deano posts.
Either way I'd just love to hit delete every time I see one.

Well, if no one is around to Deano this and Deano that and hot-rookie this and hot-rookie that with Moog gone, all you fools would do is argue about Finland and curling in here.

Speaking of, it's almost playoff time. should be making his annual appearance.

I'm not gonna lie, its really fun seeing another Hockey Talk regular having their team implode. I finally have some company
I really wish Moog was around as well.

Unlike other members in this thread who disappear when they're team isn't doing well, I don't go anywhere
