My guess is, Phoenix gets 1 (Count needs to save them) and Buffalo will get 2, which I believe happens automatically if they lose out on 1. Toronto will get 3 and Edmonton 4. No way they can shove yet another top 3 pick in Edmonton. That would be child abuse.

Personally, I see Ottawa being the team to beat. They've been playing with house money (and winning) for a month now, then their assistant coach passed away from cancer. They've got everything to play for and have the most important thing in the playoffs, a red hot goaltender who they believe in.
