Anyone one know about shooting ranges near Pismo?

I found only an indoor... Range Master Tactical and an outdoor... San Luis Obispo Sportsman Association. Wanna take a group to have some fun for an hour or two.

im not sure if i can bring her out... im trying to work out some small issues with her. the ball joint/control arm is constantly slapping the shock tower, now i know that happens SOMETIMES, but mine are slapping CONSTANTLY. so i gotta figure that out before i bring her out.

take off your tire and find the indention from where it is knocking...drill a hole through it. now open your hood and take a 2.5" circle cutter (dont know what they are called) and cut a hole with the small hole you just drilled as the center. voila. do be careful not to cut through your wire harness

adrian im trying not to cut into my shock tower for safety reasons. i dont want to lose the integrity of the shock tower. i know the simplest thing would be to cut out a bit of the shock tower to let the suspension travel through, but i just dont like that idea...apparently the issue is the new spc ball joints are just too damn thick and its causing more slap than a stock ball joint...

i personally dont you should be worried about rigidity..i dont claim to know the science behind it, but it seems to me that something that small wouldnt really matter, and a lot of people have done it. i figure people cut circles in their chasis supporting mods so it should be okay haha. if anything, you can re weld it, just higher

most people i've seen end up rewelding a ring in it or like you said, weld the piece a bit higher. the shop said they dont recommend cutting a hole, they just said learn to live with it lol
thanks for the advice adrian.
btw, saw your other post how'd you get such a nasty blowout?

Just remove all the stuff covering the seams and fill in the seams for that panel with a welder. Right now, it's just a few welds. Weld it completely, and you really won't have any issues. They use to do that to the unibody cars when we were putting in hydros.
