As much as I would like to see the intercooler, I think it is sweet that it is hidden, no one knows its there!!!

Pass - Are you rolling around with the front bumper on right now? How is the cooling.

What about putting something like this on for those hot summer days?

Methanol will give you roughly 10X the cooling of CO2.

id mold it to the top of the dash and replace the center speaker with those gauges or mold it to the A pillar OR reconstructive surgery....lol I put my VAFC2 where those gauges are and it looks great but i stuck it to the cluster cover from behind.... it would have to be covered up tho....i think id go a lil nuts if it wasnt.

And this is after the supercharger, right? It looks like these cars are relatively gentle on oil. 260 in the summer roadracing with a supercharger isn't bad at all but it's getting into synthetic territory.

Do you have any pre-blower oil temps?

Thanks!

I think I would drill into that space at the top of the speedo and flush mount them on either side

260 on a hot day of autocrossing on a car with an aftermarket blower and no oil cooler is very good. I've seen my friend's stock Z06 hit 280+ under the same conditions and they come with a cooler.

260 is pushing the limits of a dino though. That 20wt is getting close to a 10wt. A good 30wt synthetic would be a good idea and it will still be as thin or thinner as the factory 20wt at the elevated temps.

I think he said it was a PTE 61. Judging from the pictures it looks like the Garrett GT "boosted" series.

Although getting knocked for my gauges the Nexus series will record all the data on a SD card and then you can download it to your computer. I have A/F slash Boost readings for a full quarter and full dyno. Might be helpful once the ECU is cracked...

I'll help out as soon as pay day gets here. This is the first time I've been in the red in a long time. For that matter, it's the first time I've been forced to take my lunch to work or pay for gas in change since highschool lol.
