I am so late to this thread, so sorry if this has been answered already. Kind of hard to read through 40+ pages. Any word on final price for this kit? How much would the down payment be to get my name on the list? Have to get start doing doubles at work because I need this mod.

Has anyone discussed the AEM R&D program where they take the donor cars for a couple weeks to tune and return the final product (AEM F/IC) for free?.. donor car needs to be in So. Cal for testing though..

With the production of the Turbo TL coming soon what does the ETA for a Turbo TL-S look like? Do you still plan on having this setup to?

This would be easiest if you made a new thread.
That way it is more organized [this thread has 44 pages and counting]...

Rodney- I agree w/ 04komodo- start a new "feeler" thread. This one would just get way too cluttered for you (and others).

Pass,

Perhaps I missed it here somewhere, but where does your kit dump the exhaust to?... Do you bring it to the 3rd cat so that existing exhausts can be hooked up? Or are you leaving the turbo-back fabrication up to us?

Thx

Pass,

One major question for me is how is this thing going to be able to pass emission testing? If it doesn't pass the test will i have to unistall the turbo and then put it back on?

I think this is a critical issue that needs to be cleared up.

i think this qiestion came up earlier in this thread ,,but regarding ur question, we havent tested that, here in fl its not required in your case id think im not sure if a aftermarket cat would help...but im sure after having this kit if unistall is what it takes im sure u wouldnt mind plus it really isnt hard to do ,.but ill look into that for you..

The turbo TL will fail the visual and tailpipe tests miserably. No precats= no chance at passing, not worth trying.

Uninstalling shouldn't be that bad. The battery can stay where it's at, the oil feed and return can be capped off. It will be a quicker process than the initial installation.
