yeah the 335i is a little more expensive but has the extra bit of features which are optional on the 135i.... plus it looks classier
and if you get a preowned TL you right in your budget!!!!

Damn dude, if they release this as a bolt on kit and can get 400+whp and is priced reasonable then I am def in. I'm jealous though that this guy is the test car and already has a turbo installed in his TL.

I was driving and videoing at the same time .. But to be honest car is driven like that daily , we figure if the motor can't hold abuse kit isn't worth crap not just producing a kit to throw on the market , probably when I change engine mounts I'll get of to the track ... Yes it still has stock engine mounts , I'm sure people would like to know after dropping a benjamins on Kit they don't have to be upgarding the whole car , which yes I would recommend changing them , when we do revision after meet we'll c how bad they look ......

And also for the guys who wants to keep there fog lights ,so the only thing required doing is relocating battery ...

Just out of curiosity, what size intercooler piping are you running? I've found that you can go roughly 15-20% smaller after the intercooler than the pre intercooler piping without a performance loss.... maybe that will help with the clearance issues.

i was just wondering, you know sometime that the AT does not change gear (up shift) if you are pushing the car hard, i happened to me a few time, is that going to be a problem with the turbo? any way to fix it? or my only option is to let go of the gas?

This thread just saved my TL from hitting the classifieds, seriously. I bought the TL for my wife, but we split up and Ive been driving it for about 6 months now, bored as hell i might add. I was seriously about to give up on this car being that s/c was the only way to go. Honestly 4-5k for 300whp was not very appealing to me. But, HELLO turbo!!!! If I can have a reliable 400whp TL, Im all for it! With traction, were looking at a mid 12 sec car with 114-115 mph traps....comparable to an e60 m5 or C5 Z06!!!! (stock of course) Maybe I need to snatch the drag radials off my Cobra before I sell it
Did we ever find out about the 5AT TL, like what caused tranny failure? Also, to the awesome pioneers that started this projcet, can you tell us how many miles you've put on the set up so far? Thanks guys, this is AWESOME!!!!
