From Wikipedia: The 2007 TL is due for a refresh before a 2009 redesign. It will most likely receive clear taillights, turn signal blinkers on the side mirrors, and additional power with a revised intake/exhaust system. The Canadian TL is confirmed to have XM satellite radio starting in 2007.

i know this is my first post in this thread but i found out some interesting news about the new TL. i stopped by my acura dealer because they had an 03 CL outside, but was a non type-S. so anyways after going through thier inventory with my sales manager and the GM, who both me and my dad are goods friends with, i ask them about the 2007 TL.
there is going to be two models available, the premium and the Type-S like they did for the second generation TL. they could not confirm that they where going to stick the 3.5L motor from the RL into it, thats been rumored. they did say that the TL will be a whole new car, and is not a refresh. they haven't seen pictures of it but it should be coming out and available in october.

I always know more about the car they are trying to sell, and that's sad. On a side note, I know an engineer for Honda and when the new TL was being tested it had 300hp and was detuned for reliability. Engine was fine, transmission was the weakest link. I can see 300+ coming out of the J32.
I would certainly buy the TL-S if it came out, I wouldn't have it any other way!

This is just too exciting for me. It's bordering on an obsession trying to find out new details about the 07 model. Acura does sure know how to tease it's loyal fan base. Anyhow I don't suspect anything radical for the 07 model, maybe just enough to hold it's own against the competition (ie infiniti/lexus).
Anyhow, IMO, I believe the money is with the 09 model. I have the feeling that it'll blow away the competition just like the 04 model came out blazing. And by then the "halo" NSX should be out.

More like, Jaboo, Acura desperately wants to get the many remaining TL's off the lots before giving the '07 information.
My dealer here in Tampa said that he has never seen the TL's sitting around so long. He has over 50 on the lot. If you want an '06, wait till August, and you should get deep discounts.
