Nah, with paint matching you still have the chintzy looking brink patterned cheese grater grill below the plenum. At least Mugen removes this. I'd hope that it's removed from the higher spec TSX too.

2.2G TSX will be heavier than 3G TL unless they have some expensive parts to reduce weight.
3. There is no reason for me to upgrade to V6 . Unless It has LED lights/Blind sport monitoring for zig zag driving protection/ACC/CMBS/HDD navigation. Almost simlar package like HS250H.
I already have 18inch chrome with summer high performance tires. no point in getting 18inch rim with all season. I can just buy the sport bumper for current car when my current bumper set become old.
Acura has choice of going either hybrid or turbo 4 with 35 to 40mpg from 2.0L but they chose the heavier old fashioned way catering to TL market.

The things you want have no chance of showing up in the TSX any time soon as they'd make it an RL. 10 years from now, maybe. You need to acknowledge that you want an entirely different (and $20k more expensive) vehicle and move on.

basically the V6 TSX will become the replacement for the 3G TL. wow, it virtually makes the TL base 280 hp utterly useless now.

I hope that they make this new TSX a Type-S or something because it's treading too close to the base TL. This wouldn't be a problem if the TSX was sports focused and the TL was luxury focused (like the difference between the IS350 and ES350). The only reason Lexus can pull off having the overlap is because the IS and ES are totally different cars. The TSX and TL are very close.

WTH happened to my garage
It's going to be a handfull without LSD, but whatever, there's a couple other things in life that I also enjoy a handfull of.
"Hello, Quaife? Yes, I need to order an A.T.B. differential for a 2010 TS...what? Not yet? Well...hurry up...please?"

SH-FWD would be awesome. I think that should be standard on ALL FWD Acuras. Then consumers would have a choice between super front drive and super all drive. That would be a good marketing move too. It would serparate Hondas from Acuras !

The TL will be bigger and subjectively uglier so it should still have a market

TOV has been down a lot the past day. Anyhoo, here is info on the new Euro Accord Type S ... may have some hints about the upcoming v6
Honda announced today that it will unveil a more powerful and sportier looking version of its Accord Euro at next month’s Geneva Motor Show. The car is the new Accord Euro ‘Type S’ and it is set to go on sale in Europe later this year in both Sedan and Tourer bodystyles.
The Type S is based on the 2.2L i-DTEC diesel-powered Accord Euro but features more power thanks to a revised turbocharger, cylinder head and larger intercooler. Final output will stand at 180hp (134kW) – 30hp (22kW) more than the standard model. Peak torque has also increased 22lb-ft (30Nm) to 280lb-ft (380Nm), which comes on at a relatively low 2000rpm.
To set apart the Type S from the standard fleet, the car will come with newly designed 18in alloy wheels, clear indicator covers, unique badging and two new exterior colors – White Pearl and Basque Red.
Performance, pricing, fuel economy and emissions data will be available closer to the vehicle’s launch planned for later this year.

Oh, that was you to? Yeah that account was banned for sure! "cause in the 'banned' thread that Jeff made, he replied to your post, and said "peace out". Yep, that was a ban.

It was fun to flame over there. But things really got out of hand. Jeff made the warning thread, so I decided to have fun and make a new account and make a really degrading jab at the Honda fanboys over there. I even added the gay Honda symbol . Yeah I can imagine why Jeff banned me haha!

1. 2G TSX will be expensive than 3G TL. Just because it has 18inch/2010model year/Japanese built/3.5L not 3.2L.

* When I ask what the difference is between a 3G TL and a V6 TSX to a consumer what makes you think your 18'' rims are relevant?
---
That old TL market did twice the numbers of the old TSX market. I think you make my case for me without even realizing it.

Last year, Honda rolled out a new Accord with an all-new diesel engine for Europe. Today, a hopped-up version of that vehicle/engine combo has been revealed in the form of the Accord Type S.
The 2.2L i-DTEC diesel engine in the new Euro Accord is already an improvement over the old 2.2L i-CTDi oil burner. The all-aluminum mill is both cleaner and more powerful than its predecessor, making 148 hp and 258 lb-ft and passing Europe's stringent Euro 5 emissions standards. For the Type S, Honda has made some changes to the turbocharger and cylinder head and given it a bigger intercooler, and the results are significant. Power is up 29 hp to 177 hp and torque is up 22 lb-ft to 280 lb-ft.
To distinguish it from any other Accord, the Type S will get its own badging, unique 18-in alloy wheels, clear turn-signal covers and two new paint colors, White Pearl and Basque Red. Customers will be able to order the Type S as a sedan or as wagon. The Type S will make its debut alongside the limited-issue S2000 Ultimate Edition (to commemorate the end of the model) at the Geneva Motor Show next month.

I put a link to the exact message referenced. But to find the forum, go to TOV forums in the black header on the main page. TOV can be a little hard to navigate. They have 'forum like' comments in each article, and then there are 'real' forums.
