They haven't asked for payment info yet. I'm guessing they'll e-mail everyone tomorrow to get that though.

Jack was suppose to call me on Saturday to have me drop off my car, but he never did..

I was supposed to drop off eariler, but I was told because of the Tundra GB that was a head of us, I couldn't drop of my car yet.. I'll call him around lunch time to see what the deal is.

god damn it.
I was hoping to have it by the end of the week .. doesnt look that way. I hate when people dont keep to their word .. if he told you he would call you to drop it off on saturday, then he should've called you to drop it off on saturday. You can't tell me he didnt know there was a tundra GB ahead of us..

sorry just venting

WHO LIKES TUNDRAS ANYWAY!?!?!

True but they have to look at it from a business perspective.. If we have 30 people and they have 300, I hate to say it but I would've done the same..

Jonesi I agree, and I dont think its wrong that they put them ahead of us if its worth more money to them, I just think its wrong to tell him he's ready to take his car in and then never call .. He could've plainly said last week that hes not sure when he could get him in because there is a Tundra GB ahead of us.

He had to have been. I would think 87 or 89 with a 75 shot wouldn't be the best idea.

Car was dropped off early yesterday. I had to take work off so they can have as much time as possible to do it. By the looks of it, they have almost all the kits complete, and Jack told me that I would either get my car back tonight, or tomorrow at the latest. Which means the kit should be shipped THIS WEEK.

Also, don't get too mad at Jack. There was a miss communication between him and I. I thought he told me he was going to call me to let me know when to drop off car on Saturday, because I have no idea when they were going to be there. But he thought I was just gonig to bring it in. Thats that happened.. but its all good now. The car is there, and they are testing the kits on it.

FYI.

For those who are still interested in getting in on another GB, Jack said that V6Performance(??) forum is going to do one for all honda's and acuras. So you guys can get in on that.

But as a warning, don't be disspointed if the price is not as good as what we got. Jack stated to me that this was a very special price from them to us, for putting the time and trust in them, for developing this product. Therefore no matter what, only the 35 of you guys here are gonig to get this kind of deal.

How much was our GB price for this Unichip including the Plug&Play harness shipped?
$600 or less is a fair price... Also, is it reprogramable if yould like to dyno tune it for you CLS engine and current mods?

Thanks for short summary.

I beleive it was $675.

It is re-programmable by them or an authorized re-seller but they would need your car.

That said, I suspect that re-programming is not needed unless seriously chnaged. I beleive quite a bit of the power gain is though timing advancement which would not really require changes with other mods unless siginificant.

On a side note, Jonesi... wtf is up with your reputation points. Soon they will wrap down around to the next line. You whore. I can't give them out anymore. Everytime I try it says I need to spread some around. So I gave like 20 people rep points and still can't give the same person points for a 2nd time.
