Welcome Silence! I believe I saw your ride at the second honda meet.

@Arthur - Lol dude you have too much money to blow. Get some a-spec wheels for a winter setup. I'm quite certain I'll be getting a set of HT-spec type I coils off of this group buy : https://acurazine.com/forums/3g-tl-tires-wheels-suspension-97/group-buy-ht-spec-version-2-0-coilover-damper-kit-tsx-tl-accord-group-buy-841616/

Just waiting to hear back from them if it can fit in a suitcase since I have family coming to visit from the states. Grab a set of these coils too!

Thanks for the welcome guys! And yes, I was at the 2nd Honda/Acura meet as well as many other 780 UC meets last year. Hopefully this year I'll have some mods done!

So I decided to continue on my interior di-noc wrapping. Tonight's task was wrapping the steering wheel. I would say wrapping this piece is almost as hard as the map area. The curves are so annoying to deal with. Sorry in advance for the craptacular photos.

Taken the steering wheel apart and exposed in all it's glory

The victims of CF wrap

End result

Vince, I was in front of your house last night, dropping my buddy off at your neighbours house across the street and I saw the light in your garage. I thought to myself, he's probably wrapping something in CF hahahahaha

I'm liking that carbon fiber wrap! If I didn't like the wood grain trim, I'd wrap a few things in my car...

Oh and does anyone know a good shop I could bring my car to get a front axle replaced? I already have the part, just need it installed, preferably on the south side other then Southview Acura?

not on here I don't think, but I read about it a lot as I wanted to get the type s one and it was a pain in the ass from what I read. Not a simple DIY because of the things that need to be taken off/dropped to get to it. Or pay a shop to do it but that's $

I heard good things about them as well, even got the lowest quote from them for a timing belt and water pump replacement out of all the places I called. Their honda guy is a tech at an Acura dealership as well, or so they say.

Yea. I just got my Progress rear sway bar and I've been thinking of buying the TL-S front sway bar so I can put the rear sway bar on stiff setting. From what I've read, you have to remove the sub-frame. That is a delicate part of the car and I don't want to fuck with it. haha. I guess I'll just put the rsb on soft setting.

Yeah you could check out Wilson's Auto Tech Silence. I'm planning to get my timing belt changed there along with a few other things, got quoted over $1000

Lol Arthur you already know you'll get the type-s fsb. If not, do an 07-08 conversion of your front end

^Lol. Are you looking for one? One guy is selling his for 80+ shipping. The guy posted it for sale a couple days after I ordered mine. I bought mine brand new for 230$ (customs and taxes included). As for the fsb or 07-08 front end. I'm actually considering the 07-08 front end conversion. But I'm afraid it's going to cost me close to a grand and I don't know if it's worth it.

And EdmTSX, a bit thicker rear sway bars will give your car more agility.

Arthur I suggest you get some end links too because the stock ones are gonna get destroyed when you try and take them off. Trust me, I had to have mine replaced, and then I had to replace the aftermarket ones again. I was too hard at cornering and end links couldn't take it after a year and just gave out.

And yea, RSB makes a big difference. It was one of my favorite mods actually.

you got OEM ones? OEM ones have a really dumb design to them, you'll see when you try and install them. And yea, whole rear end has to be up in the air and wheels have to be off

Where is this $80 RSB you speak of Arthur? The only recent one I found was being sold by one of the moderators that got sold that same day.

Here is my final project for interior CF wrapping. I doubt I'll be wrapping anything else for the interior and will wait until spring for my exterior mods. Again, pictures could be much better but you get the idea.

Driver side

Rear driver side

Same thing was done to the passenger side.

I doubt you will bve able to take it off without cutting it off and it's tricky. I would take it to the shop to get it installed. I had to do it in my garage and I wish I didn't. Twice haha

I didn't have type s diffusers. 50$ is a good price for zkw-r lenses. That's what I paid for mine + shipping.

I don't know about the 150 + shipping for diffuser. I could use the money to pay a shop to do my front sway bar.
