Has anyone in DFW done the MDX spacer mod? JW how difficult was it?

I find that mod useless. THe p2r spacer is plenty enough. THe MDX spacer you lose more power than you gain. If we had more revs you might see something but other than that its a pointless mod IMO. I would just spend the 35 dollars on a p2r and call it a day and you actually gain a bit of power.

The throttle body one? That's nothing but a waste of money, too. Have yet to see anyone do that mod & gain anything over 1whp from it.

Intake manifold rick not throttle body. The MDX IMO is a waste. There is a point where you have too much air your car cannot force out and this is one of the times. The hood clearance isnt too appealing to me either it barely fits. I was thinking about doing it but doing some calculating and reading posts its really not essential. Your better off making an ITB system with our cars if you waant power. Just me though. If you waant to do it should be like any other spacer just need to buy all the MDX bolts and so on.

changed my MTF to synchromesh and owww slammed my middle finger when shutting my car door...no feeling isnt good...It bends so nothing is broken.

Rick what offset are those? I think stock evo offset is +38 because I wanted MR wheels originaally for my car what are those at?

I think they're +35/6. This site lists all the available sizes/offsets, so you might be able to pick it out better than I can.

The Evo X though, is apparently the poster child for the SA-55M. The wheel's also only about a year old.

The SA-60M (2010 model) is also very nice.

But it's not available yet.

Oh snap concave! Id go with +35 or +20. 20 will give you more of a flush look but might need some fender work. the 35 should look a little less aggressive but no fender work unless you want to pull it out a bit. 20 needs suspension for sure lol. I have +18 so yea lol.

I'm shooting for +3x offset. Really don't want the car look any more "flush" than Ethan's. Only fender work I'd be prepared to do is allow for a bigger tire size.

Hey, so I got my PCD yesterday & finished installing them lastnight. Wow, I love em. I don't care what people think. The top end is awesome, and the smell, mmmhhhmmm, its the cherry on top. I do have rasp, but I don't care. The rasp is not as loud, sounds more like a turbo or SC spooling up, lol. But yeah, that just my opinion. I'll take pics & post em later.
