Apple: iPhone News and Discussion Thread
anybody have any official statements on this?
man looking at those "unprocessed" images from the iphone 4 on the apples website.. not bad.. but im sure they took tons and tons of images and picked the cream of the crop.
^ based on everything I have ready you can keep unlimited unless you to change to get tethering.

Connect an external keyboard.
If you prefer working on an external keyboard, iPhone 4 lets you do that, too. It comes with built-in support for Bluetooth-enabled wireless keyboards.

The tethering option will cause me to loss my current data plan according to ATT reps. Such BS. If we still had an unlimited option, I could see the reason for the extra charge. But if I going to pay for 2 gigs, then I own 2 gigs every month and why does it matter how I use it?
The rep (BSing I think) said if I upgrade at a reduced price, I'll have a two year commitment and ALSO be on the new data plan. The only way to grandfather is to buy the phone at the no-commitment price...around $800.

Can anyone find something to confirm or deny in writing.
AT&T has replied on their Facebook page indicating that current customers may keep the $30/month unlimited plan even when they upgrade to a new iPhone:
The good news for current customers who love their unlimited plan is this: they are not required to switch, even when it's time to upgrade to a new phone. So you are welcome to keep your unlimited plan

... $10 isnt alot of scratch, but its just the kinda crummy feeling it gives you to have to pay more to use a new phone...
that is just insane. I mentioned earlier but I picked up a Treo 700p the other day and it felt like a walkie-talkie.
I remember a day when people thought Blackberries (the old fat ones) were too annoying to talk on, because of how flat they were. I think I would be using a headset most of the time with the 4. And, I think this is also better for my brain (any thoughts on "that" line of thinking? is it scare-tactics or is there any truth to it?)
used to be just the back cover.. i guess i've always associated apple products with white.. i never understood why they werent popular with the iphones.

Clearly, you dont understand what lengths people will go to.
Especially, to say they made the first feature film shot and edited entirely on a iphone.
yes...no matter what camera does what, someone will ALWAYS want 24p

btw this says the EVO is 25fps... dunno which is correct. because, 25 would just be wrong.. plain WRONG!!!
