A4 chip (same as ipad)
960x640 display 800:1 contrast ratio. IPS LCD - no pixelation of text. (this is great, the best photo monitors for computers are IPS.)
quad band HSDPA/HSUPA 7.2/5.8 up.
802.11n
5mp camera with bigger sensor and low light performance, 5x zoom - old one was 3mp, the size of pixels on the new one has stayed the same.
720p HD video recording at 30fps
24% thinner than 3GS
larger battery - 7 hours talk time, 6 hours 3G browsing, 10 wifi browsing/video, 300 hours standby
2 axis gyro - tied to accelerometer to provide 6 axis motion sensing

So what Is the process for early upgrade from AT&T, read thou that they moved up existing iPhone Customers so thu can upgrade early without penalty

I hope they don't stop matching for the 16GB 3GS at $100. I can't buy mine till Thursday. I have no interest for the 4 at the moment since I'm not a photo guy. Netflix and OS4 FTW. Anymore details on OS4? Except for iAds

That's the best part. Plus when we're driving we got vids for the kids. Plus netflix leaves off when I go from my iphone to my PS3 or to my netflix BDplayer.

With the netflix app coming to ios4, that pretty much means no way I'm giving up my unlimited plan.....until AT&T forces me too.
