I had 5 instances of it running across two machines and couldn't get any of them through even after letting them sit for 45 minutes they never got anywhere. Then I fired up the MBP and tried it in safari and it got through, typical. But in typical apple fashion it failed at the next screen. that's when I gave up and went to AT&T.

Moral of the story is if it doesn't go through in a reasonable amount of time then try again cause no amount of waiting will make it go through.
