As it stands right now, with IOS7. If you have find my phone turned on, there is no way to wipe it without entering the Icloud password attached to it. Ive tried a few ways and haven't found a way. This is a great thing if it sticks and will certainly help stop theft.
Also, if you get a message that the ICloud terms has changed, and then click to accept and the server times out, the fix is to download and install Find My Friends, use it and accept the term there, then it works.

Apple now lets Windows users sync mobile Safari bookmarks with Chrome and Firefox

The launch of iOS 7 got a ton of attention from the Apple faithful on Wednesday, but the company also managed to sneak in a software product update made for its Windows users as well. The new iCloud Control Panel 3.0 for Windows now adds support for two very popular web browsers, Chrome and Firefox.
The new version of the iCloud Control Panel can now sync any bookmarks that iOS users have on their mobile Safari browser to a Windows PC that have Chrome and/or Firefox installed. In order for this new feature to work, users must also download iCloud Bookmark plug-ins for Chrome and Firefox. The bookmark syncing features was already available for Internet Explorer users but this new addition shows that Apple knows there is more than one popular web browser out there for Windows users.
The 3.0 version of iCloud Control Panel for Windows still lets users sync up their mail, contacts and calendars from their iOS devices to their Windows PCs. It's a nice little program for the many people who have a Windows desktop or laptop but might also own an iPhone or iPad on the side.

So who is going to order a 5s vs. trying to find it in a store?
I'm on the fence. I like to have things fast and don't feel like getting up at 2am here to try and order.
On the flip side, if I try to go to a store could miss out. Oh the joy of Apple products.

Since I need to order two...my fear is I'm going to get bent over on getting at least one of them right away.
Well, I'm liking the update. Went smoothly for the most part, had it hang up on me twice with the iPhone (updated through iTunes) and the iPad Mini went smoothly over WiFi.
Got home late last night...so servers were open...put iOS7 on my 4 and my ipad 3.
As I figured...it makes my 4 even slower...it fine and usable...but fuck I want to upgrade phones more than ever just for the processor speeds.

Trying to remember to swipe right to left to delete instead of left to right is tweaking my noodle out.
No glitches so far...just performance...which is starting to catch up the more I use it.

I've always swiped right to left.

The back gesture now means users have to swipe from the right side of the screen to bring up the actions that can be taken on a message or e-mail. In previous versions of iOS, users were able to swipe in either direction to bring up the same actions.
I really didn't like it when I first started playing with it.. It isn't so bad now. Kind of like it.
I think the biggest annoyance for me from the start were the transitions. Not used to them on an iOS device. Everything was just instant before.

Its not a complaint...its just something to retrain myself to not think about.
Found a trick to delete all at once, not working on my iPad (iOS7) or iPhone (which is still iOS6).
Want to get the phone on Friday but won't be able to due to wife wanting my 4s. No big deal to "just do it", but we want to take advantage of the Apple Recycle program to get some $$$ off the 5s.
Hope that stock catches back up (if necessary) mid to late next week.

Perhaps the Hebrew peeps are running the software design at Apple.

hypocritesthat makes COMPLETELY NO SENSE so STFU with your proper and "I am right you are wrong" or "you have no clue" bullshit.
I want the old calendar back.
The constant switching from month view to day view when taping on a single day in month view is ANNOYING!!!
If I wanted to stay on day view, I'd pick day view....I want month view for a reason.
