Oh, you've already angered brady by beating him. If they play even CLOSE to how they have, its game over

I really hope the Seahawks play the Bears next week, we already put a beat down on this once this year. I can deal with another Bears defeat

This is Andy Reid, he's done it to his team again. He cannot make adjustments needed through out the season, much less a game. Dallas saw what was needed to mess Vick up in their second game played this year. Reid made NO adjustments to a defense playing that way.

Watching Vick the past 3 games over 4 weeks, I've noticed something that noone is talking about. And it was even more apparent against the packers. I think all the talk about how he has matured as a pocket passer has oddly come back to bite and has diluted his game. he's probably under a lot of pressure to stay in the pocket and make something happen there, to keep the media praising his qb skills, to appease his coaches to only run as a last resort, and to solidify his new image for his next big contract. On many many occasions in the last 4 weeks, Vick had a clear route to run for at least 5-10 yards, and instead stayed too long in the pocket, forced a throw, or threw to a receiver with very little gain. It's when Vick is breaking out for runs that the defense starts softening up, and allows philly to be successful. Hi recent injuries aside, His hesitancy to take off with the ball had made him 1 dimensional.

6 1/2 more days until the Pats play the Jets....this week is gonna drag forever. I can't wait to see the disapointed pathetic look on that moron Rex Ryan's face when we walks up to shake BB's hand at the end of the game/ his season. Pats haven't lost at home since 2008, they've had 2 weeks to prepare and be healthy for this game. I haven't seen the Patriots this hungry since the first half of the 07 season. This isn't even gonna be close...

In conclusion to the Miami debacle, on Saturday the owner Ross, Ireland the GM, and coach Sparano met with a very small media contigent. Ross claimed to never contact the agents for Cowher nor Gruden. Even though every Dolphin writer had a source contradicting that remark. He did go to Cali to talk to Harbaugh though. Supposedly he told him he should stay at Stanford. Sparano gets an extension and a raise. Now if you went to talk to Harbaugh why wouldn't you pursue the SB winning candidates? a) you're lying b) you're really dumb

As for the games, funny to see Mr. Subway and the mighty Saints go down in Seattle in an offensive game. Who would've though Seattle could muster up that kind of O?

I think everyone had an idea that Green Bay would win since they're on a tear and Philly was on the way down. If that game happened a month ago, it might've gone the other way.

Rex must be pleased that they won by a foot. It'll be interesting how their next game goes against NE. I wonder if my Dolphins will take a page and build their team like the Jets. They have QB's with nearly identical regular season stats (Henne with the completion % advantage). Their RB's are free agents and they like to run 2 backs like the Jets. They need a deep threat. And their defense is strong but acquiring a guy in this defense heavy draft or Asomugah who just became a free agent would give them their Revis to bolster the D. The only way Miami can get a QB is through the draft or someone like Kyle Orton who probably won't thrive in our system unless our new OC can make something out of our crap. I wonder if Cam Newton drops to us or do we pick Locker.

I'm not sure if he didn't play or not, doesn't matter to my statement as to if he did or not. It's still Reid's offense.

  1. Game one went to the Jets this season.
  2. Game two they didn't even show up.
  3. Brady's been too tied up with his Ugh commercials to practice this week, and was getting more hair plugs last week so he's a little rusty.
All kidding aside, the Jets won't win, but it won't be a blowout. Let's just hope that big mouths comparison of Brady vs. Manning doesn't push Tom to far.

FWIW Mark Sanchez has thrown a total of 1 touchdown pass and 7 interceptions at Gillette Stadium. Not a very good ratio.

I don't think anyone can blame Vick entirely for the Eagles latest fail. Yes, he could have had more patience during the last drive instead of trying to force the ball to Cooper that was picked. However, Akers missed 2 field goals, Celek was out-of-bounds on a conversion that would have brought the game to within 3 and once again, they slept-walked through an entire first-half of an elimination game before showing up to play. That is pretty much a coaching issue. I hope they make some changes in that department during the off-season - if not at the top at least with the assistants.

So, now that Vick has lost...we can all put to rest the discussion of his supposed greatness and agree that he's overrated...? I mean, he lost to the Packers who the Bears slapped around when it mattered...

...and he got slapped around by Chicago earlier in the season when everyone was kowtowing to him.

I say he's the 2nd coming of Tony Romo.

Anyhow, let's see what version of the Bears show against the Seahags. The one that got beat by them earlier in the season of the team that played smart football in the latter victories over teams like the Eagles, Jets, and etc.

There may not be a "franchise" tag with the next CBA. But even w/o one, I think he's stays in Philly.

Then ow's as good a time as any to turn it around. Anyhow, the NYJ aren't a particularly QB-oriented team and just defeated a team that was.

Honestly, I don't see why the Jets cannot beat the Pats this weekend and as a fan I fully expect them to leave NE victorious.

After the Jets win against Indy, I would say they have a chance but if the Pats execute like they did down the stretch then it won't be very close IMO. Of course, I was surprised when the Pats lost at home to the Ravens last postseason. Sanchise will have to be error free or Brady will make him pay dearly.
