It didn't measure up to recent Super Bowls at all. And the Bears were in the same class as the two finalists. They could match the Packers receivers drop-for-drop.

This game had a little letdown at the end, because we thought we might see some all-time drama from Ben Roethlisberger, again, in the last two minutes, and we didn't. But that's OK -- we've been getting spoiled with great Super Bowls. And compared to the crummy ones we saw for most of a generation, a B-plus football game with some great storylines in the last game of the year is just fine.

It's only a letdown for some because the Steelers lost, it was a good game. And Peter King is an idiot, if he can't write the story he wants because of the outcome of a game or situation, he's the first to whine.

Great review of the game there Peter King. It was a close game. No 4th quarter come back makes it a letdown? Give me a break. The odds of a 4th Q comeback are not very high in any game, let alone the Packers secondary. He's been in sports plenty long enough to know that.

The Packers definitely should have played better. It would have been a blow had it not been for those drops. With absolutely no run game, Rodgers was able to pick apart the famed Steelers D for 300+ yards. That deserves a lot of credit, IMO.

But alas, the Packers didn't play good....the Steelers just played bad.

So Rogers is actually getting a BLUE Camaro Convert and not the red one. He asked for blue so they are giving him one in blue

Neither team did anything on special teams -- Pittsburgh had the penalty that wiped out a nice return and the badly missed field goal.

The Packers let the Steelers back into the game by failing to move the ball after going up by 18 and won by only 6 (and were in danger of losing by 1) even though they handily owned the turnovers in the game.

The Packers won thanks to solid play by their O-line and Aaron Rodgers not making any mistakes. It wasn't a stellar team performance by any means.

I'll take this Super Bowl. Even King gave it a B+. I was pretty excited in the 2nd half until like 30 seconds left when Pitt turned it over on downs. I've been burned by wayyy to many Super blowouts.

It was our game to loose. We had too many dropped balls. There most likely would have been 2 more touchdowns for us had there not been so many.
Also Having Driver go out, shields hurt, and woodson go out really hurt us in the 2nd half, but our players stepped up. Dont forget that we had a 15yard facemask penalty that never happened and was BS that hurt us

This. Anybody remember the '80s & '90s superbowls? Nearly all of them were completely one-sided debacles. Except for that Bills-Giants game... that was awesome.

I remember a lot of those games, all mostly blowouts, Redskins were part of four of them.
