Flopping Harden sealed OKC's fate in Game 3 & I-wanna-make-the-winning-shot Westbrook sealed Game 4.

Not to say Miami has not fought hard & had amazing performances by the Big 3 this series. But gawd damn, OKC just practically handing over the last 2 games to Miami in the last 10 seconds.

22,23 and 23 years old vs Veteran HEAT... nope! ^ the things you mention come with maturity with years of situation playing. They have the star power, talent, speed, chemistry & bench. They just don't have the mind state as of yet. Tim Legler ESPN Analysis said it best. "OKC is the only team in the NBA who has 3 #1 players and you can not tell them they are not." And latter on it was discussed this is good as confidence levels are extremely high or will hurt them later on in the stretch of the Playoffs or Finals.

Oh, and I must say it again... WADE with 22-25pts HEAT WIN automatically! As I said, LeBron will always get his pts, even if its only 26 (RARE) avg is 30.8 but when WADE gets his 22-25pts others will unexpectedly will arise also and all the pcs will fall into place. That was last nights game...Las Vegas did not bet WADE was going to scoring factor after what was seen in the INDY and BOSTON games.

I put most of the blame on Harden. He's completely disappeared and lost whatever confidence he used to have.

Miami has been out-depthing OKC. Big games from non essentials like Chalmers, Battier or huge plays by Cole, Jones. Harden has been a liability out there.

Westbrook had a monster game. That dude wouldn't miss. Him and Durant are unstoppable when they're on.

Another monster game by James. That layup when he initially got cramped, then that 3 before he sat back down. Amazing. Almost had a triple double.

MENTALLY they are not ready...simple mistakes. People don't understand what goes on mentally when you are in it for the Championship...Its not the same as a reg season game...Nor a Playoff Game. The simple mistakes are killing them...On the other side, its not like Miami is playing dominant bball because they are NOT! But mentally then know how to correct the mistakes and make em into pts...

He is a well deserved 3x MVP winner and on the verge of of winning his elusive 1st ring... Go LeBron! and most of all ~ GO HEAT! Wade will have his 2nd

Please. Miami played with 7 on the court all night. Durant and Westbrook get slapped around and shoved the whole game and no one says shit. Take it up court and Lebitchass barely gets tapped, makes a big scene falling on his ass, and draws the foul.

Westbrook was killin it last night! Too bad the rest of the gang wasn't as confident.

Blaming the refs And there's 3 refs so it's really 5 on 8.

Oh bite it. And you can't tell me with a straight face that they didn't completely miss calling at least 2-3 fouls last night. GTFO

To me Westbrook is like a double edge sword this game. Although he exploded for 43 in the game he also made a rookie foul on Chalmers which was the game changer. In the end, its not their time yet.

2 or 3 fouls don't make the game. They were up as much as 17 in the game at one point, they simply fell apart. .

^ BINGO! Exactly touchin what I was saying and with all being said to blame...Its a MENTAL meltdown on OKC...period! Sure there is other factors...But OKC has come back from just about all deficits except when placed on stage for the final performance on the biggest stage they will ever set there feet on again.

and as for the fouls...They actually broke it down how they judge fouls. And if u want to really hear some BS! What about how they admit LeBron gets fouled so much more then what is actually called since he is so strong and is able to finish at the basket still making the shot while other smaller or not as strong are not able to finish and their body show the impact not being able to cleanly get to the rim and finish the shot, they call em! ~ That is BS! Its so true! I always wondered why LeBron don't get called as much as he does. Only because bitched bounce off his ass...lol

I wouldn't blame Westbrook for that...I'd blame whomever had to box out Shane Battier for not reading his play. Or credit Shane for doing the little vet things.

That Shane Battier play is a pretty typical, vet play, usually used on the free throw line. Act like you're going to step into the circle, pull back and circle around. Kudos to him.

Westbrook only did what was natural at moments like that. Not defending him, but just saying that Shane made a good play/OKC made a bad one that led to that.

JMHO....I'm still really hoping that this goes 6. But its not going 7.

Did you see the graph earlier on this thread. Only Washington state and Florida wanted the Heat to win. Canada was probably rooting for OKC as well. Yummy was the only true LeHeat fan there.

I can completely agree with that. Terrible mistake in the last seconds of the game. He's carrying this team right now, though.

When combined with other issues, like turnovers, it could make the game. Fair is fair, whether it makes a game or not. And I don't personally think the refs were fair in calling fouls last night. JMO

And that break down of judging fouls is the REASON they don't get called on LeBron as much. From NBA.com

a. A player shall not hold, push, charge into, impede the progress of an oppo-nent by extending a hand, forearm, leg or knee or by bending the body into a posi-tion that is not normal. Contact that results in the re-routing of an opponent is a foul which must be called immediately
Well, obviously it would be harder to impede the progress of someone who is bigger in stature and stronger. If your flow of motion can be uninterrupted when someone charges you, then it's actually not a foul and no foul should be called. So... ?

This team has only been in OKC for what...4 years? So I think it says a lot that they're even in the Finals. I'm still proud of my team. We have some work to do, but I'm still a Thunder fan.

I see what you mean but his instincts did not let him notice that there was 4 secs left. Granted we are all human. Its experience factor showed there

Definitely, experience was a factor. I don't think I'd see DFish or Ray Allen making mistakes like that.

I think i can speak for all Heat fans to say we know what you are experiencing. i don't blame you for sticking for your team or trying to burst your bubble. We can blame the refs all we want. it happens every year thats the honest truth. OKC is a really good team and will be for a very long time which the core right now.

this game reminded me of Rajon Rondo's game in the Boston series in which pretty much the whole team was a non factor.

I agree that there were some bad calls and/or no calls... but bad calls and non calls go both ways.

Lets be honest here, OKC has had it pretty good with the calls especially with Harden's flops all throughout the playoffs - he's the floppiest I've seen since Vlade Divac.

But calls don't make or break the game - what is costing OKC games at this point is two things:

1. Stupid mistakes in the final minutes of the 4th (call it inexperience if you want) which cost them games 3-4 AND

2. Harden's sudden disappearance... the dude has been a ghost this series and a shell of his former self. When you need Westbrook to go 40+ to just keep you in contention, clearly someone (aka Harden) isn't pulling his weight.

And count me in the group that wants LeBron to win so haters (except cav's fans) can finally suck it.

Fixed that for you since Harden is the biggest flopper right now & the only player I've seen that just falls on his ass. I hope the league fines his ass like they claim they will against floppers.

Sadly, I really like Harden....from the LA area, a Sun Devil, and pretty good.

But he's really floppy. He plays pretty similar to Ginobili in that regard...not a bad role model, but too much is too much.

bad calls are easier to spot out when the team in question is on the losing side of the final results.

that goes for any sport.

I'm just glad we finally get to hear from a real Oklahoman (Oklahowoman? ) defending their team. Must be fun to finally get a team.... and to then see them get to this level must be a great experience.

Lol, we know. For the most part, this thread (and sub forum as a whole) is probably the most civil... other forums I frequent have alot of hatred spewed back and forth in sports discussions.

And in other NBA News:

The Wizards have agreed to trade Rashard Lewis and 2012 second-rounder for Emeka Okafor and Trevor Ariza.

Guess Naw'Leans is trying to make salary space?
