With all do respect to the Mavs and Bulls, the Heat are the team to beat. The Knicks are an upstart team still pulling things together with a newly discovered PG. They will get better....and soon.

The LeHeat did in fact lose to the Bucks a few times.
But, yes...I do agree. All hail the LeHeat.

Jeremy Lin get a pass from me. The guy has been overwhelmed with the media and the ridiculous NBA schedule. Coming from no minutes to 38 to 40 mins a game. For heat fans this is a statement win, since we have a bad rivalry with the Knicks. Ever since the Allan Houston and John Starks days

Well, from what I did see, the Knicks had no answer for the LeHeat's defence...and well, IMO, the Knicks can't play D very well...and voila. Loss.

no it was mediated into it. Either way they are playing the best basketball right now. With all the Lebron/Wade can co-exist talk behind them its time to show what this team with constructed to do.

But, I think it has more to do with Melo and Lin. How do you make that work? Melo needs his touches but the Knicks offence is so much better with Lin handling the ball.
But, no D'Antoni team has ever been good on D.

mmmmmm....
Melo and Lin combo won't work. IMO.

I shoot people
I dunno man... that last shot by Thunder looked it was still touching his fingertip(s) when the red light came on

I'm Down Right Fierce!
I disagree and think it can work - the hawks game looked promising.
Remember the Knicks are still working with a very small sample size of games with Lin - expecting to them to be anything higher than a 5 or 4th seed team in the east is unrealistic this year. However Knicks fans should be very excited for the future - they were just 9-15 a couple weeks ago, losing to an elite LeBron/Wade/Bosh should not be the end all judgment on whether this team can play together.
I called tonights loss (look back a couple pages): back to back games, Lin has been playing nearly 40 minutes on average, at borderline all star level and as a result has been running on fumes. Doesn't help that Stat disappeared in the second half (as usual) and Melo's FG percentage seems suspect this season.
I'm more surprised at some Knicks fans already calling for Baron Davis to start. Sorry, but Baron in his current out of shape form is trash.

Shame about the Lakers tonight; Kobe was definitely not himself. That foul on Artest separating Harden from getting in Bryan's face was .
