the officials lately are blind in many games...there was so many tripping calls they've missed in the Rangers vs Senators game.

Oh well, I'm loving the playoffs so far, I love the intensity, the fire, the desire to compete. But I still say hell no to the beard growing nonsense.

It would be one thing if it were near even but it seemed last night they called almost everything against the Rangers and much less against the Senators.

The Ranger penalty kill was awesome last night.

I was sad Hank lost the shutout. The first goal was a total lapse by the Ranger defense.

On another note.

Several upsets last night.

^^^ It's ok, I like how Callahan got mad and began checking the shit out of Senators

And the 4-0 lead..well basically, they got tired and slightly cocky. Torts will smack them for that. And #30, with 30 saves, did an awesome job as always.

Did you see the Ranger Senator game? They did not call numerous penalties on Ottowa & called penalties on the Rangers that did not exist.

One where a Ranger was sprawled on the ice and the Senator tripped over him and they called a penalty on the Rangers.

Just because I am high does not mean there is not a conspiracy!

Well duh ... that was clearly interference!

It was a good game, Rangers came out flying. But its only game 1 - at home,
there's lots of hockey to go.

Fans are the worst when it comes to wearing partisan goggles.

We can watch the same game and for everything that happens on the
ice - "my" team, are saintly heroes, persecuted beyond tolerance - and
"your" team are dastardly cheap-shot villains.

The statement applies no matter which team you're cheering for.

Lol - I love the playoffs!!

Yotes are tough...Hawks are gonna have a handful.
Momentum is now securely in the Yotes hands after that OT win.

Hawks gotta put it to 'em in game 2.....otherwise.....

Oh, I know. Watched the game...not everyone showed up. What drives me nuts about Chicago is all that talent, but lack of complete games...

And as I said: Phoenix is very similar to Nashville...and both those teams have given Chicago fits because their style matches up VERY well against Chicago's fast-puck-possession game. If Chicago is not careful, they are going to be joining Captain Dion and Phil the Thrill on the golf courses...

Hossa has been a beast for Chicago all year.

Hate him all you want, but his 2-way play is one of the best in the League. And he did lead the Hawks in points despite playing without a true elite C...

But, he definitely could've played better last night against the Predyotes.

o, a same thing. lol

I never said the Rangers were saints and I also acknowledge officiating is hard.

On the play I was referring to it was clear as day there was no trip.

It usually evens out.
