What a bizarre second round.

Can't believe the caps are out. Tampa was under the radar but that lineup has to be taken seriously. But, worst thing that could have happened to them is this week and a half layoff. Good bye momentum.

No, I've been watching BB behind the bench for years, and have always had that feeling. Watching him on not 1 but all 4 episodes where he was screaming and swearing at his team helped reinforce my opinions of him. That comment was made as a joke, but if you want to pretend that I base my opinions solely off the TV show, how about your captain who sat sunken in his locker between periods and never spoke a word to help motivate his team when they were slumping? Yet again, I've seen plenty of evidence of this during the past year or 2 that he's been captain, but again, seeing it in black and white sure does help reaffirm my feelings about it.

In that same vein, you can argue that people call crosby a whining bitch without even seeing him play more than a handful of games.

If you watched him on the HBO show, he shows his leadership and how he acts off the ice.

I don't consider Nashville a Cinderella team...they didn't exactly back into the playoffs.

Only you feared the Preds.....they are not so scary.

...just because your team got destroyed by them, does not mean they are a great team.

Welcome to the worlds best hockey chat room. You will be welcome here after you pay homage to the Hockeytown and you post something of substance (not just lame homer posts ad nauseum).

You will know you've earned your hockey talk stripes after you get smashed in the face with a creampie by a fantabulously gay bunny who pops in and out of his rabbit hole and is gone in a flash.

Its all in good fun.

One positive I'd like to point out about Ovie, he shows class after a loss. Doesn't sulk and look like a baby. And now he`s going to the world`s...after a long season. The man loves the game.

Not a good night for us Philly fans - Flyers done for the year (congrats B's - beat Tampa) and Cliff Lee strikes out 16 but we still lose to Atlanta. On top of that, here in KW our high school team got crushed in the regional semifinals by the #4 team in the country. On days like yesterday I'm glad sports is only a diversion and not my life.

Hopefully we can keep the pressure on... I think we've learned our lesson from the Chicago series.

But Rinne is a spectacular goalie. Great performance by Kesler and Ward as well. And Legwand's lucky shot.
