anyways 2 things..
1. I want to go to university tonight, just to see whats going on, maybe meet up with a coupl eof you guys
2. would gettin gnew mufflers give me a at least somewhat dramatic increase in hp? because right now it almost feels like it isn't getting the exhaust out. i'm not sure how restrictive our mufflers are, but it feels like i am getting more power in the engine, but then trying to fit more exhaust through the same small hole..
i'm not sure if that makes sense, ot if i typed it good.
i haven't slept in like 40 hours, so im going to give it a try right now

Hey Dan / Jorge.... Any plans for tonight then? I know you said you'd be interested in a bonfire Dan. Will just have to see if it dries up at all. I guess as long as it stops raining, we're good. I got 3 bags of dry paper inside..lol May have to quickest bonfire known to man if we can't burn any wood.

Jorge - I know you said you may be busy on Saturday, but mentioned you wanted to get together. Perhaps before/after our burning party, Dan and I could meet up at your place or we could run for a beer. You could put the mother to bed and sneak out Grand Casino style

Oh - and I have to make a Costco run tonight for burgers / buns. The wifey wouldn't let me buy the stuff on Tuesday because I guess buns disintegrate after 3 days of non-use. So if you're up for anything tonight Dan, you can either give me a call or just show up at my house anytime after about 5pm. We could even feed ya.

Mufflers might give you 1-2 hp. The larger restriction on a Type P is the cat-back piping. on a Type S a cat-back will only give you like 2 hp over stock, but on a Type P it is more like 10 i'd say. Mufflers alone won't help much, tho. You need pipes.


Glow - I am down tonight if it works weather wise. Not looking good right now but lets see. I have a buddy driving up from Chi town to hang out for the weekend (Andrew, he was actually at your house with me one time, little dude with shaggy hair lol). Its not very big. probably 3.5 by 2.5 ft plus a 1 by 2.5 side table. probably not the best replacement for the one you have (and a girly blue color). if you want it its yours tho. i can fit it in my kia rondo (blah!) rental and drive it out today. leme know.

Hey Dan - talked to Luke and it sounds like he is just sitting around looking for something to do too. I told him to get in his car and head on over later.

I just checked the weather and it looks like another line of rain is coming through in the next 30-60 minutes. Everything looks pretty clear after that though. I'm thinking a bonfire is definately possible.

What area of town are you hibernating in? If we go somewhere for a drink, would you be looking at having me and Luke meet you someplace downtown'ish, or would you just wonder up towards my neck of the woods?

I work right across the street from that place lol You'll see my NPB parked there everyday.. Friday and Saturday nights they always start to gather there at sundown when I'm leaving. Friday nights, University is a busy road with tuners, hot rods and people just going out.

Tonight was a success. No bonfire, but we got a lot accomplished. Dan got to ride fast and furious style in the festiva, and we conquered 50 boneless wings at BW3's.

Hey - if anyone is interested, I have a buddy of mine that is brining his father in laws car down to Car Craft down at the fairgrounds. For those of you that do not know what that is - basically it's a car show that is put on by Car Craft magazine. This car my buddy is bringing has been in magazines before.

They are having an autocross events as well as a burnout competition tomorrow as well. Unfortunately you have to register to get in - so that means none of us. But it might be a good time if anyone is down.

I didn't know you got tints? But yeah few pointers open your sunroof and roll your windows down when you see a cop. It's always my first reaction. You'll learn quickly to do it. Just try to do anything that'll make em look lighter.
