Don't feed the...WTF?
Damm...I'm so piss of... Any of you guys ever had any tranny problems in your 04+ TL? Two days ago I notices my TL started shifting sloppy. So I checked my tranny fluid and there was no fluid on the dip stick. I took it to Acura yesterday and was told there was no fluid in the tranny and it' fuck up. They said I might have a leak some where but there's no drip on my drive way where I park my car. Acura is going to pull it apart; lucky my car is still under warranty so I won't lose a arm and leg for it! My car just turned 50k miles too.
No probs with my ex-'04. Glad to hear that it may be covered. That would be like taking your car in for a knock, and they tell you there's no oil in it. Kind of surprised they didn't tell you it's your problem now.
Let us know what the outcome is.
BTW.. When did they add the big gay "Thanks" button that was drawn in crayon?

I've boycotted the G forum. For some damn reason, the G35 forum (that nobody uses) let's me login and post just fine. The new G37 site hates me. I log in, hit post, log in again, type my post, log in again, and hit "post". Grrr.
The MNSC site hates me too. I registered, received the registration e-mail, clicked the link and it took me to a page that said I was banned. lol

I'd say your fine with a reman. It probably has stricter specs than the new ones do. I certainly wouldn't want them to try and seal any cracks. That sounds kind of fishy to just JB Weld a tranny back together and call it a day. lol

Yeah it does sound stuip to try and weld it back up; maybe, they were trying a quick fix to it.LOL. Anyway I did a search on Azine about the reman tranny and I guess its okay. But Damm there is a lot of 3 gen TL that has tranny failure with miles as low as 30-40k. Also I don't even drive the TL hard; baby car seat in the back never seen past 4k rpm. Got me thinking about trading in my TL! IS350 maybe? I still owe about 4k on my TL. Bills after bills.....WTF....don't feed the WTF! It'll bit u in the a$$!! LOL

The reman will definitely help. Both my Accord and my mom's TL got remans that worked just fine.

Yes that's what I said on the last page. Happy 4th of July to all. What is everyone doing today. I have a friend that owns a fireworks stand in WI exit 4 on Hwy 94 I bought serious fireworks from him. If you guys are going to buy some I would recommend you get them there. Tell them you know me give my name. You could get a discount.

Won't be in town for the 10th, much less would I have a car worth bringing if I was, Rental FTL! I will be in on the 16-17th to get my shit together for the move to Texas and then I'll have my own place down here and be out from under that loft! I love the loft, but damn, I'm sick of paying for it.
Now I just need to figure out how to find a place like that without having to pay for it. Anyone have a trust fund waiting for a beneficiary?

How about we meet up at best buy in Richfield. Its by 494 so itsan easy in and out. Plus its only 3 miles from the meet. I wanna stay off france ave. Last year we lost 3 cars in an accident.
