Maybe I'll take you up on that. I know there is no way that I'd ever be able to handle as good as a A4, and if it's got some speed, maybe that would be my next car too. I just really want a S4 but don't want to pay the $$ for it. I'm happy with the TL for now though, I've done enough work to it for it to keep me happy for a while. Last time I dynoed it, I pulled 242 whp, which I think is about, maybe even a little more, than what the 3G Type S is at.

Yeah, Mike's vette is sick...that thing has some serious power. When he told me he was making it into a covertible, I was a little surprised. I wouldn't ever get near my car with a saw...that's f***ing crazy.

 

Glad to see you can make it out Dave...this might be 2 meets in a row that I'll be able to make it to. That's a record for me.

It seems like everyone likes the Audi...My next car will be a big car not really a fast sedan. I really like the A8 or S8...I really like the RS4 but 64000$ for car that small, f'dat.

 

April 19 is also HIN in northern virginia, typically a number of AZINERS attend that as well. Can we change the date?

 

I was at this place over the weekend. Had 2 crazy S4's on the lot, one black and one yellow . I was a bit suprised thought ... thought the HP was a bit more. ..... plus one BADAZZ M5

Ballin...those rims look nice! Damn, I wish so bad I could get rims. I'd like something with a lip but I've been eyeing the Ron Jon Inspyres for quite some time too. Now I just need the woman to let me spend the money on it instead of putting all of our money into savings. But on the other hand we are trying to buy a house.

Yea, the Ravens are nice...but I can't even get my girl to let me buy the normal Inspyres right now. Someday....maybe.
On a side note, is anyone here a Dave Matthews Band Fan? The tickets go on sale tomorrow for the show on August 7th. I'll probably buy lawn tickets. Tim Reynolds and his band are supposed to be performing as well which would be sweet. Just wondering if anyone else was interested in going.

Are you in the medical field? For some reason, I was thinking that you were in a IT related field.

 

I haven't bought mine yet, but the lawn seats don't sell out to fast. DMB doesn't seem to be as popular here as he is in other areas. I am pretty sure that we are going to buy some tickets though. I've been to about 12 concerts so far, but I've never seen him with Tim Reynolds...should be a really good show.

I actually started in the medical field as a Registered Nurse and I also worked in diabetes education, but I currently work in medical sales. I spend a lot of time on the road, but driving my TL type-S and selling the coolest diabetes product on the planet, I really couldn't ask for a better job.

That being said.. you are also partially right. In my spare time (cough) I also do IT work, web design, graphic design, sales, and marketing for www.TaglishTees.com and www.AmerikanoCreations.com which my wife and I own. The company was set up as an ongoing project for us to continue putting back into the community. (such as our recent free Fight Back Now! rape prevention / self-defense courses for women and the upcoming Memorial Day Car show for the Veterans) So far it has been a lot of work, but also very rewarding.

I seen your car in VA beach town center Saturday night and parked next to you and your car looks great. It was clean and stood out. Me and some friends try to get into Guadalajara but they stopped letting people in. Hottest TL in the area that night.

I kinda figured you were into something IT related, even it was just for fun. When you were at Post Net, you seemed to be doing something with a PDA for the people there, so it seemed like you were their tech support or something. I am going to school right now for Network Security at ECPI. Malicious also goes to ECPI for IT related stuff, not sure exactly what though.

 

Mike, on a side note, being Philippine do you make Philippine food frequently? I couldn’t get enough of it when I was in Bahrain (there were tons of restaurants over there).
