I got mine done at the shop on base and it came out to $60 for all 4 mounted and balanced. And I can have it done while I sit at work and browse this site.

Damn that's good. I just got charged $125 But they're all low profile 19's and everyone jacked their prices up. Some shop wanted to charge $175!

I feel your pain. When I needed to get my new tires mounted on my 20's some places like Joe's tires and Lee's tires wanted like $200. So I went to finx and paid around $100. Everyone charges more if you have anything bigger than 18's. Sucks for us.

Snowman: I have the RJ Inspyre Satin Silver 18's. I thought I saw you're car at the meet back on 12/8? Maybe i'm wrong though... lol I was going to buy a new set but ended up getting a hell of a deal from another member as part of a 3-way transaction. Some dude with an 06 accord bought my type s wheels and then I picked these up from a 3rd gen wdp owner I'm def going to get rid of these at somepoint this summer and I'll let you know. I'm going to give Cars Inc a call and see what we arrange for the tein ss install.

I'm going to head over to RJ's shop in a couple weeks and take a look at a few sets in person before I make a final decision. My heart is really with the sevas but 3+ months of waiting and having to avoid every pot hole is just too damn stressful.

Anyways, I really hope I can make it down for the meet and then again for the car show in may.

^ R U talking about the install meet at Parth's house? If so, yes I was there. I don't remember seeing a car with Ron Jons on it though. Anyhow, keep me in mind if you decide to get rid of them. I'd really like a set.

I don't know if my girl will want to come, she's not much into the meet thing, but if we are going be going for pizza, I might get her to come.

Mike...I used to watch Pinks every chance I got, but since I'm in school at night, I don't really have the time for it any more.

AcuraJ32A, are you still interested in those Eiback Springs? I still have them collecting dust, so let me know.

Now Jeff.. That's why god invented TiVO!

Well Guys.. I have surprise #1 ready for you.
Go to www.AmerikanoCreations.com and check out the "Sports Designs"
Click on the A-zineVA logo and grab some gear for the next meet. As I mentioned before, proceeds go towards charities, events, and good causes.
Hope you like it!

Yeah, I have DVR with HD service through COX...so I don't have an excuse. It is a pretty sweet show though...I've always wanted to bring my car to the track to see what it can do but I'm to scared that I'd break something.
Mike...that gear looks sweet. At the meet I'm gonna have to talk to you about getting something done.

Yeah.. I just set the DVR for new episodes and watch it when I get time.. Fortunately, even when I am on the road, I can just use my slingbox to watch what I have saved on the DVR through my computer. Otherwise I would never get time to watch my stuff.
I like the "Pinks ALL OUT" episodes the best. More cars, less bullsh!tting, and they really push their cars to the limit. PASS TIME is cool too. If you get a chance check it out. http://www.speedtv.com/programs/pass-time/ I like how they mix up the cars.. I have seen everything on there from a stock VW bug (yes the original.. 0-60 bring a calendar not a stopwatch) to pro dragsters with parachutes. Very fun to watch and guess the times for yourself.

Glad you like the gear.. I added a little more.
There are now two variations I included some examples below:
The Original AcurazineVA Logo (shown on sample hoodie below)

The NEW Team AcurazineVA Motorsports logo (shown on sample ringer T below)

Both designs are available on a variety of different products in the "Sports Designs" section at www.AmerikanoCreations.com - all proceeds go towards charities, events, and good causes.

^^Nice stuff Mike. Definitely some stuff that you could market, you just have to go thru the right channels to market it on AZ. I really like your "Team Acurazine VA" design.

Thanks Doc.. Glad you like the designs. I was going to add another "Team AcurazineVA Motorsports" option that has the same logo on the front with either the phrase "Drive it like you stole it! or "Elegance, Class, and still faster than your a$$!" on the back. Unfortunately printing on the back raises the price a bit, but I think it would go nicely with the shirt.

Any ideas regarding who I should talk to? As always, we are planning to donate our proceeds, but i still want to make sure that everything is on the up and up.

Mike, well in order to sell things on this site, you have to talk to a moderator to become a vendor, but it'll cost you. There used to be a "gear" section to the site, but now it just says "returning summer of 2006". I would ask a mod what the rules are for selling gear using the AZ name. I am not sure because I don't think it's copyrighted, but last time some of the mods threw a fit like little girls. Just cover your a$$, that's all I can say. Maybe if you say let them know the proceeds are being donated, they'll be okay with it.

Hey guys.. thanks for the feedback on the shirt designs.. and thanks to to Jeff for giving me the heads up on the AZ rules so I didn't end up getting banned. I chatted with moderater Robb (astro) and he was a really nice guy. He layed down the rules and was very fair. Basically, I just needed to remove the link to AmerikanoCreations.com from my signature. If you guys want to purchase the shirts, you will need to visit the site and find the gear in the "sports designs" section on your own (which I would prefer), or I will have to sell the gear at our meets (which could be a PITA if you ask me.)
If anyone has questions about getting some gear, simply PM me or call my cell 757-636-1987 and I can help or walk you through it. Feel free to discuss the gear and purchases amongst yourselves, however please keep questions/discussions with me regarding the gear to PMs or by calling my cell so we can be respectful to the rules of AZ.

BTW... I just got back from Atlanta to find my ronjons waiting for me!!!!!
They should be on the car in time for our meet on the 19th!!!

That's cool, let me know. I actually bought them because I have the H&R Sports and still have about 2 1/2 finger gap. I decided I didn't feel like going with the hassle of switching springs just for .3 inches.

I doubt it.. I spend too much time on the road pulling into and out of funky parking lots and stuff. Between that and the way I drive, I would probably tear my sh!t to pieces if I lowered it.
Next mod will be a fujita CAI.. and I still have some work to do on the sound system.
Copying?? I don't worry about that kind of stuff man.. even if you did I would consider it a compliment to my great taste.

Navy...go with the Forged silver. The grey is nice, but looks like in sunlight from what I remember and the silver is really nice.
