Buddy said servers were up again about half an hour ago.

 

You know, having never played Diablo before and not knowing what to expect, playing for 4.5 hours straight in the very first sitting is a testament to the game itself

I like the game a lot. I wish my friends weren't in such a hurry though, I'd like to catch the story. But I guess that's what single player is for.

 

Yup. That's why I told everyone my first run was solo, so I can enjoy the story and take my sweet sweet time savoring 11 years of anticipation.

 

I'm level 11.

I dont know what you guys are talking about with server issues.. I played for about 3 hours last night and not one issue at all. I am doing single player, so maybe that is it, but no issues on my end.

 

Got it installed last night, took about an hour.

Couldn't get on the servers, they were down. I'll try again after work. ugh. Something to look forward to at least.

 

There is no "single player". you have to be connected to the Bnet servers to play, even if you are not partying with anyone.

god this game is freaking AWESOME

i want to go back to my junior high school days, so i can eff everything and play this all night long.

I'm at lvl 15 female wizard.

 

lvl 11 hunter, i played from 12-2 am last night got 11 levels in.. lol

add me later, i play after 6.. fucken work.. lol wish i was back in 7th grade when i was playing d2 all day without worries, no responsibilities.. etc.

 

Can't play after work BECAUSE THE SERVER IS ALWAYS DOWN AT THE TIME.

Servers seem stable today, but yeah definitely a craptastic opening 48 hours for a game so highly anticipated.

level 8 demon hunter, got the skeleton king down to half life and the server crapped out. grrrr.

lvl 25 DH...

damn azmodan one shotted me and my lvl 30 dh friend. he also killed my lvl 30 wiz friend also. we revised our strategy and beat him the next time but still...one HUGE fireball and two tombstones.

from what i've been through, 2 people is manageable for better exp and starting gear, once you have 3 people in a game, the mobs become a lot stronger and take longer to kill. but this could also be because i followed my friends into act 3 before finishing act 2...the amount of times i got one shotted...sigh

 

lvl 23 in 5-6 hours of play lol im in begginnin of act 2..

Just got to act 2 last night, level 14. loving this game.

 

Level 17 Barb, Level 15 DH so far.

I have friends who are 40-45 already.

I am slowed down by work, gym and NBA finals lol

Loving the game. Wish I had no life and play this for like a full month.

 

And I taught my wife how to play last night.... :WIN:

She has a lvl 8 Monk with full of rare items that I got. lol

If she really likes the game, I'm going to purchase one more copy and play it together at home! LOL

Is it possible to do that though? Buy two copies of game and play together with one IP?

 

i dont think IP is relevant. People "LAN" it at friend's house all the time as long as you have different CD keys.
