It's so great that you could have it as a coffee table book and no one would even know it was related to Diablo until you start reading halfway through it.

BTW, I got a problem with my best buy order. sigh.... I swear God is telling me not to play this game or something.

That one store that I placed an ordered is permanently closing down in 2 weeks. So, Best Buy wanted me to change the store. I called them, they can't find other stores that are available for store pick up. The customer service person felt sorry, so he scheduled an overnight shipping to my work. So, I won't be able to play til I get off work on 16th.

 

Keep checking Amazon between now and then I guess. At least you'll have giant Skull on your desk at work to keep you entertained lol

oh well. I anticipate lots of initial server lag anyways on launch day. I wont be able to play it until UPS drops it off at my doorstep.

I'm gonna do my first run solo anyways.... just sucks that we still have to connect to their servers for solo play.

 

Yeah, it's all good. At least BestBuy is stepping up and got me the overnight shipping for free.

I haven't decided if I'm going to solo the game first or not. That's going to take a long time I believe. lol

At most I'll play it with one of my best buds that also has been waiting for this game for over a decade, but I don't want to do public run for the first time because I don't want to rush through the story and ruin all enjoyment.

I don't think it'll take too long..... at most, it would take twice the time if you play solo and explore every inch of Sanctuary vs. 4 ppl co-op rush.

Unless you are talking about the beating normal, nightmare, hell, and inferno mode.

hahahhaha so apparently the Game Director for Diablo 3 still hasn't beaten Inferno mode solo, or in a 4 player multiplayer co-op game.

Somehow this is both depressing and awesome! I can't wait to be so frustrated at trying to kill 1 skeleton in Inferno mode.

I can already tell I'll be all pumped up in my first run of Inferno, when I act all gung ho, charging up to a Risen and then watch him take down half my life with one hit and I run all the way back to town screaming like a little girl.

 

I think the game is going to be much harder compare to D2, especially the nightmare and inferno level.

 

Yeah. Normal will prob be a cakewalk.... I know the real game will begin for me on Nightmare anyways. Normal will just be a nice time exploring every inch of Sanctuary while fully enjoying the story.
