i got the game today and i only have the last couple of S-class test left. i love the game. i took a short break now to come to the forum. going to play now for the whole night. this game is great

I heard you can use your garage for the arcade mode. Something we aren't able to do in the Japanese/Asian version. So there you go, you can fully mod your Accord and then put it on the track in arcade mode.

No TL... the closest thing to the TL is the Accord Euro...

I bought GT4 yesterday from EB games. I also had to buy a PS2 and accessories. Total came out to a little over $240, all that just to play GT4. Game is a bit frustrating... I can't seem to make money quite as quickly as I did in GT3. Just $40k more till I get my r34!!!

the game is awsome. i started out with a '02 Honda Accord Euro-R, i did a turbo stage 1,chip, exhaust (the sound actually changes on the cars after u install exhaust), weight reduction and am pushing about 300hp. and then i also bought an s2000, sounds EXACTLY like a real s2000 and you can "feel" the v-tec kicking in.
the game is more addicting then crack, cause you have 700 types of crack to tryout.
what exactly is the a-spec points? is it the more you have a race dependent on what car u race with. i got 8-19 points for sinday cup with the tsx but when i went to the FF races i was getting about 115 points per race.

...I just had a blast running the Caddy Cien through midtown Manhattan at 180mph. (Not that this couldnt be done in real life VERY early on a Sunday morning. )

this game is lot harder than the previous 3, i have all four gran turismo's and this has the greatest graphics, but is really hard. it's like the faster u make your car, the faster the cars are u race against. i bought a s15 silvia as my first car, and in the set of races i won like 98 a-spec points, but then when i went to the FR races, i was racing against some fast cars, and the more i worked on my car to get faster than those, they put in faster cars for me to race against, i was going up against 300zx twin turbos and what not...

Even with the Oversteer @ 20 and Understeer @ 0, all of my cars understeer terribly (Kinda makes me wish GT4 had PGR2's driving dynamics)

Got my copy last night! 
Unfortunately, didn't realize that GT4 required so much space on the memory card, so I couldn't go into GT World Mode.
Anyway, took my red Prelude out for some racing in NYC, Laguna Seca, Nurburgring
, and R4. Simply amazing. The graphics are unbelievable, and the physics are great. Much harder than any previous Gran Turismo games. Love how the front of the car dips during braking and the instability of the car at high speeds.
Can't wait to buy a new memory card so I can purchase a blue TSX, or in this case, a blue Accord Euro R.

That was my first car too! That thing outhandled anything in it's class in faster curves. Then I got the 92 Evo and it can handle decent, but I get killed in straighaways.

Highpowerd cars like that are setup for understeer. Oversteer setup would kill the driver and chew up the tires quickly. You gotta get into the nitty gritty of suspension tuning if you want oversteer. Increase the strength of the rear sway bars and stiffen the dampening of the rear tires.
