You don't get to talk about slow cars.

, very true. I'm just very happy to have a car at all.

I read a book by James May and he said something like the difference between no car and something like a Hyundai Excel is much bigger than the difference between a Hyundai Excel and a Ferrari.

2012 Regal GS with Nav and Sunroof w/5k miles for under $28k.

Wow. That car was almost $40k a year ago. Brutal depreciation.

it's not like that's unique to Buick... happening across the board... look at Mercedes..

Buick's JDPower quality awards would suggest it's not because the car sucks.

Had my first look at the '13 LS460 today; had 2 manufacturer cars on our main showroom next to a '12. Pretty much the front & rear of a new GS with the same interior, but still a very nice looking car. Sitting next to the current model already made it look outdated as well.

Didn't have a F-Sport model to show, but again, similar to GS F-Sport with those large vents in the bumper. The centerpiece of the grille is a dark graphite color instead of body-matching & it looks really nice. There's a special wood now on the steering wheel that takes around 3 days to complete & it almost has a faux carbon fiber look to it.

Lots of new tech. now, no real power gain, & a hefty jump in price. Don't know when our first deliveries start and I unfortunately couldn't get any pics. Both cars are back down in our basement with the LF-A now, so I've probably missed out there.

New LS, LF-A, no pics?

What do you think of Lexus's new pinched grille? I don't think it looks attractive at all, kind of like their version of Acura's beak.

Our presenters weren't very keen on the idea of anyone busting out camera phones to take pics of the cars, so I didn't push it. May have been due to the fact that we were all in our main showroom with clients & the company has a very strict professional image we have to follow in front of them.

The LF-A, I am actually trying to work out a deal (in a way) to do a "photoshoot" with it in our showroom after we've closed for the night. Not sure how long that's going to take since I'm going through my boss to service manager to whoever else is in charge of the car.

Personally, I really only like it on the GS & LS because the grille gives the cars' large sizes a very aggressive look. The LX & CT, it's almost unnoticeable & I think the ES looks well with for the sure fact it no longer looks like an upscale Camry & actually fits in with the rest of the Lexus lineup once again. I tried to push for any info on when the IS refresh is & only got a "I don't really know, but it's soon". All I can really add beyond that is that our company president and a Lexus executive from Japan were at our dealer this week, but very brief.

The old school NFS MW is unbeatable. I'm not buying the new one but I'll try it.

Forza Horizon comes out tomorrow I'm trying to decide if I want to be "that guy" who stands in line for the midnight release or just get it after class tomorrow.

I worded that wrong, I also beat the game multiple times.

I meant to say that the NFS games since then haven't beaten how good MW was. It's by far the best in the series besides Porsche Unleashed which I had on my PC.

yea, it was a good one. I have the most recent one which was pretty fun, but too easy to pass.

I remember Porsche Unleashed, it was good, but it glitched a lot.

I have a 32" 720p LCD in my bedroom that my Xbox is hooked up to. It's perfect IMO.

I had my 42" 1080p LED hooked up in there but it's too big considering the size of the room. I put that in my living room

Edit: CLpower wtf? Are you serious? Also, where was that held?

up in Henderson, and yes....I swear the judges had to be his friends or something. Cause even the judges from the other classes came up afterwards and said they didn't understand

there was more custom work in my bumpers then that thing had in the whole truck

seriously, I think the guy had a good corn season or something. I've never been an award guy but this one puzzled me. On top of it first show i've been to where I didn't take home a trophy.

That's total BS. It's a good looking truck but not "best of show" worthy at all
