S2000 is bigger than Miata both in and out.
AP2 comes with 245 rear.. which is wide enough for a car like s2000.
Honestly, the Traction Control in 2006+ really does not help much. Like you said it does not really kick it until it is probably too late.
my favorite is 2004-2005... good compromise.

And to each there own about the traction control. It works and it has saved my friend a couple times, while still letting you play. If you're playing on wet roads, well, you're just asking for it.

2006 s2000 curb weight: 2855lbs
A difference of 357lbs. And it's not like these two cars are massively different in size. Both of the curb weights are from the manufacturers themselves.

No, the inside of a Miata is not smaller than an s2000. I literally cannot endure more than a 30min drive in an s2000 because it is so cramped. I've driven a half day with a Miata without issue. On the outside, yes, it is smaller, but inside it is bigger.

This doesn't make any sense. The s2000 has a bigger body, but a more cramped interior (have you seen how big the engine bay on the s2000 is compared to a Miata?) How is it considered a lighter car if you just said it's bigger?

earlier in the week, I had a dream that I won 2 brand new Supra Turbos in some contest or something. I kept one and gave the other to a friend. Felt so real. Then I woke up and was like, DAMN.

It's funny because my friend has a AP2. His car is pretty well modified. A front splitter/Vortex wing and all that. He said that his car has a tendency to spin when it's going slow due to the lack of downforce in the back. He has to go FASTER to not spin out.

He probably means on the track. That's a whole different animal. Indeed, almost every S2000 I've seen at the track had a GT wing.
I really liked my car just driving on the street. But between the cones and on the track is where I fell in love with it.

So I had a weird dream last night where I sold the IS for a E65 7 Series. One that had cloth sport seats, a manual transmission, a digital gauge cluster, and a 450hp V8. I woke up very confused.
