The GT350 is going to be $50K+, but I agree that's the one to go for.

I mean, 700 horsepower in the Hellcat compelling as all hell.

Just a joke

Unless you're just going to drive it to a 1/4 mile drag strip, I don't think it's really more than a high horsepower weekend show car.

The GT350 and Z/28 are real track cars. Can't wait to see them up against each other.

Well, that's what they said about the M3 and M4 in many ways too, no?

I think both the AccordGT350 and Z/28 are practical enough to also be "daily" drivers for those that choose to.

Besides, one could be conceivably late for work on occasion and the extra bazillion HP could come in handy.

Dude, I think Z/28 seems way too hardcore to be a DD.

707 > 500

i'd take the 707 just because it has 200 more!

I think 500 is a nice, round number for a car like the GT350. Not overwhelming (well, relatively speaking) but more than plenty. A car with 707 horsepower doesn't need to do jack all besides being loud and fast.

How do you go about requesting for one? Reminds me of the timepiece catalogs I get from some of the high-end watchmakers...they are astounding.

I have a contact within' the network who was offering them up for sale & let me have them. I'm told they're generally not available because dealers only keep a few on hand to showcase the cars before purchase.

But, I imagine it couldn't hurt to ask; be prepared to spend $60+, though.

That would definitely be one to have. I imagine it's a few hundred dollars though, seeing as the old Enzo ones online are $100+. $300+ if it includes press kit.

That's actually not as expensive as I thought it would be. You should see what a McLaren F1 owners manual goes for these days. They were valued at $1500 for a spare and double or triple that if it was attached to a chassis number.

The sedan looks WAY better. The ducktail spoiler extends to the edge of the trunklid, which flows a lot better than the execution on the coupe.

Just test drove a new 5.0. Had some spare time in between meetings outside.

The dealer had only one 5.0 model. It had zero options. It was this ugly yellow color one which I hated.

The salesman started to give me that dumb attitude again saying oh we dont do test drives. This is a special car. People dont buy these cars with many miles on it.

In that situation, I usually tell them to eff off and leave but I did have to kill about 1.5 hours... so I decided to out-cocky them.

After some magical moments, they let me test drive it.

The car drove marvelously. It was super smooth. The rear end feels much lighter footed than the previous generation exactly how people would expect it to be with the newly worked suspension set up.

This one had literally no options so the center console looked terribly blank. But I can see how it would look much, much better with the tech package. The seats were terrible as well since it didnt have those lovely Recaros.

The car just feels smaller and nimbler. You can definitely feel it when you drive it. Ive driven previous generation models a lot so it's very promising.

The exterior is just fantastic. Just love it. The road presence is just amazing. I mean it's just a Mustang but people look at it as if it's something much more high profile.

Anyway, I loved it!

I saw a Magnetic 5.0 50th Anniversary today. Looks fantastic. Magnetic is a gray/green color that is really nice.

I'm surprised you hated the stock seats. Were they uncomfortable or just not Recaros?

I didn't really care for the stock seats. If anyone gets the new mustang, it should be with the Recaros, period.

I definitely love mine. However, you have to get in and out of them very specifically ... I've worn mine bolster down in just 18 months because I didn't figure it out soon enough

I mean that's all same for most of the sports seats with good bolsters. You just gotta get them though. The stock ones looked terribly boring.

I wonder if the Premium seats are any better. I think the heated/cooled seats only come on the Ecoboost and GT Premium.
