Wow, Ford really surprised with the new GT350. It's a 500hp naturally-aspirated V8 and looks fantastic. And the sound ... Lordy

Don't care.
And it's a flat plane crank

They've known for a while.. it's just confirmed now:
2015 V8 Mustang GT350 SVT (and flat plane crank model?) on the Nurburgring - YouTube

I didn't realize how much of a difference the flat plane crank is. The first Mustang, being the GT350, to go around the track in the video, sounds much more incredible than the second Mustang, the normal GT. However I think I do hear some turbo noise on the regular GT, and is that an intercooler I spy? Maybe it's a turbocharged V8.
One of my favorite parts is right at 00:52 in or so when the GT350 punches it at the turn and you can really see the tires grip the road and take off. Wow.
It looks considerably faster than the regular GT.
I'm in love. Jaw-dropping watching the videos on GT350.
*Does this mean they're bringing it to the U.S.? Technically, because it's in Los Angeles. Does this mean they're going to sell it here? I would suspect the U.S. debut and fanfare would mean that they are, however, Volkswagen has pulled this trick on us before.
They really are all winners. I think Ford and Chevy particularly have done a great job of making their so-called muscle cars into sports cars, without losing the drama that made them so attractive in the first place.

that's not allowed. please be more diligent in the future.
