Hey, Kimchi and Morgan: You boys see this about the FR-S...?

They can make all the limited editions they want. I won't care until one is available in yellow.
Can a mod ban another mod?
Stopped by to look at a BRZ tonight & ended up getting a closer look at the modified one I mentioned earlier since I could save a good bit. They are asking $24,899 instead of the $27K+ I saw, but they claim the last owner dumped $2K into the suspension & $1,500 into the exhaust. I could believe it's on coilovers since it sits pretty low, but for a "$1,500" exhaust (more than what the venders here charge?!), it sounds exactly as I would imagine the car to sound stock, so I think that's utter bs.
Fortunately, since it's damp & foggy here, I wasn't in the mood to test drive as I'm positive this is the one they would push on me for its "huge savings". So, Monday I'll most likely head to another dealer & be firm for a new one so I can start figuring out what the Colorado dealer can save me on.
I will give props to Subaru. Alcantara interior, standard NAV, heated seats & mirrors, all really nice touches you don't see on cars under $30,000.

Can they ban together at the same time? That'll be cool!
Honestly, I would much rather spend $1k more to get a clean new car. But, that's just me.
When you get the quote, please make sure to see if the quote is for MY2013 or MY2014. CO dealer offered me the same price for 2014 instead. I'm just impatient and got the 2013 from the dealer that I was at.
But if you are patient and if other local dealers don't match the CO dealer's price on their MY2014, I would just buy it from CO dealer. They have very good ratings.
And everyone who sat in my car were very surprised how nice the interior is. The BRZ Limited comes with a lot of features and goodies as well - the alcantara seats are especially really nice.
Anyway, good luck man! Let us know how it goes.

Do you enjoy these car unveilings?
I've been invited to a few, probably the most extravagant is for the SLS AMG.
But, I found these affairs to be rather stuck-up and well, I can't afford the car anyway...nor am I shopping...So, don't really find a point to go them. Maybe that's just me.

Patience shouldn't be an issue. I don't plan to pull the trigger for at least another month unless I'm really satisfied with the deal.

Whose offering $1,500 for a BRZ exhaust, though? HKS? Cobb?
And I thought this was... cool... 604hp 472tq on a stock motor FRS.

This talk isn't helping, btw.

Dont go to many but I enjoy knowing whats out there and like seeing/driving them first hand instead of reading about it.
I would never buy many cars but if given a chance, I would drive them all.
And
, I'd love to test-drive the cars...
a place where you want to talk about car things that don't require a separate thread...
holy crap.. did you see someone crashed an EDO competition Enzo into a lake?????? WTF people learn how to drive...

Well for me, I came close to buying a '12 or '13 TL SH-AWD 6MT. And since I had a TSX before that, I'm still interested in what Acura will do.
It may not be as exciting as the other cars listed, but it's still something new!
I also looked at the Golf R while cross-shopping the STi, and yes, it was a bit harder to justify $35k for the R, but with the tuning and mod capabilities, I'm sure I'd love a 300AWHP Golf R.
Damn, as Rick said, all this talk is not helping.
